Me encantó la atención telefónica y personal. El sitio es encantador, el personal es muy amable y educado, te hacen sentir cómoda, te explican todo. Mis resultados de laboratorío fueron rápidos. Todo el personal esta orientado y enfocado en dar un buen servicio. Hablan inglés y español. Los recomiendo 100%. Chicas aquí nos hacen sentir bien con lo relacionado a este aspecto tan importante para nosotras como lo es un chequeo médico.

I scheduled my appointment for 1 PM and ended up waiting for over an hour, causing me to miss other appointments. To make matters worse, they took a patient who signed in 30 minutes after me before I was seen. The front desk staff was curt and unwelcoming, especially the receptionist with short black hair and glasses, who was particularly rude and dismissive. I felt unheard and disregarded—it’s clear they don’t value their customers’ time.

If you expect to be seen promptly and treated with respect, I’d recommend going elsewhere—save yourself the frustration.

Saw a lot of reviews here about long wait times, but I only had to hang out in the lobby for about 10 minutes before I was taken back. APN Ginger Ridout is kind and swift when it comes to the uncomfortable parts of the visit. No complaints; I had a great experience with both the APN & the staff. Would recommend to friends & family!

I have trauma from childbirth and my sex life with my husband has taken a hit. I'm too sensitive to hormones and too scared to have anything put into my cervix again. This place is so awesome. They care about women. They provide top notch, progressive care and I was able to get my uid without pain and fear. Thank you so much for your compassionate, woman centered care.

My Daughter had an awful experience at this clinic. She went in complaining of a left breast mass and pain. At the age of 20 this is a very scary and serious situation. She was seen by the NP and told "Everything was normal." Two weeks later she is in excruciating pain and is seen at a different office and is told she has a massive infection. This SHOULD have been diagnosed and treated 2 weeks prior. The NP was grossly negligent in her care.

Crooks! Firstly most doctors do not require payment prior to the appointment. And when i told her they copay of $100+ for an ultrasound was incorrect she would not hear it. I got in contact with my insurance during the time i was waiting and unltrasounds are covered. My appointment was at 10:30 i got there at 10:20 to fill out paperwork and by 11:15 no one had talked to me other than the rude receptionist so i asked for a refund and left.

I had an 11am appointment and I made it to the appointment by 11:07 and 1 hour later I'm still waiting. I just ended up leaving. If you have any other options do not come here. It's not worth your time or money and I drove 35mins just to get to there facility. And the reviews are correct the receptionist with the short black hair and glass is very rude!!

I've had nothing but great experiences here. After going to Planned Parenthood where I was told I had cervical cancer and given the run around with test results, I came here and Virginia took one look at me and said "You don't have cancer, you just need cryosurgery." I was in tears because I was so grateful to finally get answers. This was in 2018 and I have been going here ever since.
