I stopped by Camp Woof to pick up some dog food and was impressed by their selection. They carry high-quality brands and even had some treats I hadn’t seen in other stores. My dog has allergies, and the staff was knowledgeable about which foods would work best. It’s nice to shop somewhere that actually cares about pets rather than just selling products.

I have been taking my dog Abby to Camp Woof for 11 years! Abby loves it, and I have always been happy with the way she has been taken care of there. I have taken Abby there for both daycare and boarding. The staff has always been fantastic! They are always very friendly, caring, and extremely helpful. There is also a great store there that sells all kinds of supplies for both dogs and cats, everything from food to toys, to treats. I highly recommend this place!

I usually love this place. But today was aggregating. I brought my two dogs in to be washed by them and when it was time to pick up my dogs r wet so now I’ve paid for 2 washes and they now smell like wet dog 😡.

I loved how this place had such a huge variety of different dog foods and they specifically had a very rare dog food that usually you can only get online. They had tons of Pet toys & Lots of pet gadgets. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they did not have any clothing!! Usually pet stores carry different lines of dog clothing but not a thing. I was specifically looking for a sweater since the weather has been quite cold lately. Oh!...& they have pet boarding services! I didnt use those services but there were different people picking up & dropping off while i was waiting in check out line.

It's my go to store for Blue Ridge raw food for pets. The store is big with lots of selection of items. They have a training section for the dogs in the back. The dogs look very happy when I come. Customer service is good, and willing to help if you have questions. They never asked me if I have an account with them to redeem my points, so make sure you bring that up yourself.

If you are in a wheelchair, they do have a ramp and plenty of room for mobility through out the aisle.

Dog boarding: Please. If you care about your pets DO NOT bring them to this establishment. My two dogs’ first ever boarding experience was at this establishment and they came back with Bordetella, Canine Coronavirus, and Mycoplasma. When you walk into the location it smells awful and unkept. They are the only dog boarding facility who does not allow tours to customers. I wonder why? However a nice attendant at the front allowed me to poke my head in and I quickly saw why tours were not allowed. Cages are rusty, floors completely wet, and the smell!!! Unless you bring a blanket for your dog your dog will be laying on a cold wet floor. It looks like a sad unkept homeless shelter for pets back there but I was desperate with a flight in a few hours and no where else to go. The establishment refused to compensate for the vet bill caused by this place and when I asked to speak with the owner directly, the owner refused to speak with me. What owner of a business does not want to rectify or even speak to a complaining customer? They even tried to blame my dogs. Please DON’T EVER GO HERE. Your pets are not cared for and the owner only cares about your money, not you, not your pets, or keeping up the facility. This location should be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

Came in to self-wash my two dogs they had a friendly staff they answered all my questions. Self-wash has two tubs, aprons, towels, shampoo, and a dryer. Was super easy to do.
