The woman at the front desk was very nice to me . When I got there they had 5 people in the waiting room so I thought it may be a while at least an hour . But just as soon as I was done filling out paperwork I was taken to my room and only had to wait for 10 minutes to see the Dr. He was very kind and took the time to explain the ear infection to me . All I've ever had was swimmers ear. The Dr. Explained the antibiotic and the other medicine he was giving to me and the time it would take for the pain to let up . He was Gentle and looked in my other ear as well just to make sure it wasn't both . The nurse was also very kind to me . I Recomend this place they were very quick and caring . Highly recommend Yes Absolutely you won't waist your time .

I took my eight year-old here because she was complaining of ear pain. Turns out she had an ear infection. The lady up front was so nice. She got us back to our room fairly quickly. The MA came in and took my daughter‘s vitals. She was very nice as well. Lastly, the doctor came in checked both of her ears and told me what medication she would be calling in for my daughter. I really loved how the doctor explained everything to my eight year-old and how she explained to her how important it was to finish all of her medication, even if her symptoms go away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is sick. We were in and out of there in a reasonable time. 5 stars for sure.

I had waited for 2 hours to be called on and then 30 more minutes for the healthcare person to walk in. Went in at 5:20, went out by 7:40 (20 minutes before they had closed)! I am disappointed. The staff was pretty nice though.

All of the staff was very friendly. I had been to a different urgent care the day before and was completely dismissed and made to feel dumb, my symptoms worsened and I came to this one. I believe Weat is who I saw and he really took his time. He asked me a lot of questions about things that J didn't even think could be connected to what symptoms I had and really seemed to want to find a solution. I really recommend.

I went to this location because I had pink eye, I told them I believed it was viral and was prescribed eye drops without them checking the type of conjunctivitis I had. Turns out the drops were for bacterial and was only making my eye worse. If you have viral conjunctivitis drops and antibiotics can make it worse. So I paid only to have my eye 10 times worse off than it was when I showed up. After the drops it swole like a gulf ball. With 3 different kinds of conjunctivitis all which need different treatments you would think they would check before prescribing you just anything. After going to an eye doctor he told me to stop taking the drops immediately. So I called to see if they can help me out and at least not charge me for my visit that destroyed my eye and was told no there is nothing we can do. I’m now contacting my lawyer. I gave a 5 star review at first because they was fast to help but now it looks like they was way to fast and not thorough. They charge your cards fast but once the money is there’s you mine as well be a nobody.

I visited CareFirst Urgent Care - Kettering with some minor medical issues. My wait time was 5 minutes.. The 2 girls working the reception desk were actually very helpful and nice. The doctor I seen was very likeable. All in all, it was a nice visit, minus the strep throat!

Receiving zero stars and highly do not recommend, they wouldn’t let me submit without selecting a star. I never saw an actual doctor or PA. I was seen by a RN who they gave the doctor the intake. They told me they were going to give me a steroid shot and send other meds to my pharmacy. Never explained what antibiotic they were giving me. Didn’t give me any diagnoses or paperwork. The. Left me in the room for 20 minutes until I had to ask the receptionist about the shot. She came back and said they decided not to do the shot but sent it as a prescription, but failed to come back in the room to tell me. I asked for a work note since I’ve been sick for a few days and the receptionist said they don’t back date. Worse service and care. These are places we go to when we are feeling horrible and need care. We pay a co-pay and have insurance to help and still treated like this. There is no excuse!!
