Out of pocket walk in visit is $470. The intake was rude and not personable.

Won't be going back here anymore I've tried 3 times of giving this place a try.
First doctor took my daughter she didn't even give my daughter a proper look over or even ordered tests and looked me and my husband and told us she was dehydrated took her to her regular doctor and was absolutely shocked by how this doctor treated her. Second time I was treated with strep and I begged for a additional day off for work because the amoxicillin gives me bad side affects and didn't feel like constantly running to the bathroom all day at work and he objected and told me I'd be fine her thanks but think I know my body. Third was today I was treated by myranda I read her report about me saying I didn't look I'll on my portal gee thanks for not listening to me when I said I get worse in the evenings I was fine this morning and now I'm getting worse again I was negative on strep and covid but now my tonsils are swollen again I guess I'll be taking the extra drive to Fairfields convient care where they listen to you and explain things better and actual care about you.oh and calling you guys is a joke when the receptionist doesn't know how to answer your questions and just sends you to billing thanks for nothing.

If zero stars was an option that would be more accurate. My husband took our toddler on a Sunday for what we thought was an ear infection because our family doctor is closed in the weekends. Our thermometer at home said 101.5 and theirs said 98 without him having any medicine (I get that thermometers can be finicky but be was drenched in sweat and complaining about being cold as well.) They looked in his ears and said “oh they look great.” They also tested him for strep and it came back negative so they sent us on our way with no medicine or anything and told us it was allergies or a cold... A few days later we get him into his primary care physician because he continues to get worse and continues to say that his ears hurt and she tells us he has a double ear infection and a low grade temp. This is not the first incident with this convenient care that we have had and needless to say— we will not make the mistake of going back again. I thank the Lord for motherly instincts and knowing that something still wasn’t right.

I was seen by Macie on Saturday, January 13th. I was convinced by her that I only had mild respiratory illness and talked out of a COVID test. By that night, I had to go to the ER by ambulance and I tested positive for COVID and had to be admitted to hospital. I was in bad shape struggling to breathe.

This is the greatest doctor I’ve been to in years. I’ve traveled all across the country and no place has treated me as well as these guy do! Every single staff member is warm and welcoming and they go out of their way to listen to your concerns and diagnosis your problems. I feel truly listened to here and I’m glad this office is my primary care.

We love Dr. Miller and the whole Carle Family! They've always been Fair never overcharged us never treated us for anything other than what we went in there for, they are very down to earth people and completely reasonable about the covid situation... We recommend them to everyone!

Rip-off. Being charged multiple times for one visit. Over 5000$ for a simple boxers fracture. 1700$ in charges for an emergency room visit to a quack (Dr of natural medicine) who shouldn't even be in an emergency room. Dr didn't talk to me or even touch me but expects 1700 bucks for standing in the room for 30 seconds? 300 bucks for them to put on 2 ace bandages Save your money and go to Flora or Lawrenceville or even Vincennes. I don't care if I'm dying, I will chance the drive.
