Do not go to rantoul carle clinic. They are unprofessional and always rude as hell. I will never go back there ever again. France Nelson treated me better than they ever did.

Don't bother making an appointment, they'll just skip you and then treat you like it's your fault. And all this after they tried to tell me I was late and ignored me showing them my appointment on mycarle. I don't know what's with the doctor offices in this town, but these receptionists are super rude too.

Getting through by phone at any Carle is going to take a long time. But it's much worse at Rantoul. If they will say someone will call you back, it probably won't happen. If you miss a callback, carle feels it has met its obligation. There is no second attempt. You have to call again, leave another call back request and wait another couple of days. They do all they can to push MyCarle on you.

I find the staff are overly familiar sometimes. I would prefer they keep a professional manner.

I almost never get to see my doctor. He is booked too far out and has too few appts where people can be squeezed in. As a result, when I am sick, I can't see the doctor who is familiar with my medical history; I get sent halfway across the county to urgent care. I often struggle to get proper care there. I have only seen my dr twice by appointment in 5 years. I looked for him to treat me at least 7 other times that I could not get in.

The people there are very nice.

I would recommend you explore other options if you are able.

I had gone to this clinic for most of my life. I had seen clinic went through lot of the changes over the years. They had expanded and added more doctors and PAs and staff. I had changed several doctors until I like one doctor best that is more willful to work with me to improve and maintain my overall health. You have to find good doctor and develop the patient and do relationship by have good open communication and be honest about your health. Doctor will be more happy to work with you if doctor is patient and show eager in give feedback and show care. Most of staff are friendly as well.

My husband and I see Dr. Slocum at the Rantoul Clinic. We have been going to Carle for years now and I wouldn’t even entertain changing from Dr. Slocum to another physician. Our appointments are always on time and we have never once felt rushed thru our visit. Our health and the care we receive are an effort made by doctor and patients. Dr. Slocum is terrific at assessing a problem and sending us to a specialist if need be. We hope he never leaves Rantoul Carle.

Staff members are completely incompetent. My wife has tried for a year to get her n to see her doctor, either they never call back (most the time), or the few times they do contact us back in any way shape or form they tell her to go to the convinent care who then turns around and tells her to see her primary since they can't tell her anything. A complete disgrace to their organization.

Made appointment to see doctor due to a sinus infection which I have had multiple times over the years. Especially this time of year. Doctor came in a seemed to be more concerned about me having Covid and insisted I get tested with their fraudulent test. Key is I already know what was wrong and my medical records would show just that. I’m highly disappointed in the care I received and extremely disappointed that almost every single symptom the body can experience is now considered Covid. Let’s be real people.

My Doctor in Gibson City retired and I had to suddenly find a new Doctor to continue getting my prescriptions and stay on top of some health issues. Well, I have been trying to get a prescription refilled that I have been on for years. I put in the refill request before I ran out, almost a month ago. I was called to set up an appointment, no problem I set it up for the date range that they wanted. They said the medication would be refilled. Never was. I have been calling daily for the past 2 weeks trying to get this resolved. I can't get an answer from Carle. Doesn't seem to be rocket science, but apparently it is for them.. I will be switching, and would never recommend using CARLE in Rantoul for anything. I am disappointed beyond words. Now I will spend my weekend in withdrawal due to the nature of this prescription, while I search for a better doctor and one that is not with Carle.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this facility. A decade ago I used to see another Doctor there and he would tell me that if taking depression medication made me feel 20% better that is all the better that I could ever expect to be, which at that point I immediately left... finding the doctor with Gibson Hospital that I had all this time until he retired earlier this year, suddenly for health issues... at which point he quickly took that 20% to more like 95% better since he understood how to treat depression and anxiety issues. Now I am back in the sinking ship of Carle.
