I've been boarding my two cats at Cat Chalet since 2023, and I couldn't be happier with their service. What sets them apart is their attention to detail and genuine love for cats. We always opt for the Special package that includes 10 minutes of free play time outside the "condo," which has been great for our cats - one absolutely loves it there, while the other tolerates it (cat parents will understand!).

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and specifically designed for cats, which is surprisingly rare to find in Morris County. The "condos" are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is consistently professional and caring. They really do treat your cats like royalty, as their motto suggests.

If you're on the fence about boarding your cats here, I highly recommend giving them a try. It's been such a relief finding a reliable, cats-only boarding facility that truly understands our feline friends.

If you are looking around for a wonderful LOW COST place to board your cat while you are away LOOK NO FURTHER! The staff are the sweetest and the owner is amazing and kind but most of all they love cats!! They change the litter box in your cats condo everyday which made me try and do better at home.. You will not be disappointed…. Your cat will LOVE IT!

Really great place - the cat-condos have lots of space for climbing and playing, and a small curtained area for when our cat wanted privacy. We were able to bring his favorite blanket and toy, too! So he was very happy.
The ladies we met were sweet, professional, and caring. We definitely trust them and will be returning when we need to board our cat again.

They are great. Caring, kind, and helpful. I am currently effectively homeless living in a hotel and can only have 2 of my cats with me. The only issue I had was deciding which of my cats to board.

Cat Chalet is THE place to give your furry family the best treatment. Susan was incredibly accommodating with my kiddo - making sure she was given her meds timely, kept a clean surrounding and most importantly, gave her lots and lots of love.

My cat was with them for 2 months and she came back happy and relaxed.
