I did not realize that a pet store was in the chain of stores in this area. It was pretty cool! There is a musty smell as soon as you come in, but you get used to it. They had baby turtles and huge fish tanks with fish bigger than your hand! I felt bad for the small animal enclosures such as the rabbits, rats, Guinea pigs, and hamsters, as they were much smaller than chain store enclosures. The puppies in the window were cute and playful, and you can take them out to interact with them. Some of their bowl were knocked over and it was sad.

We have always had a great experience with customer service! We also got our puppy here which I had never planned on getting a dog from a store but they have such reputable breeders and we LOVE our puppy 🥰

A very well stocked pet store in a good location. They have the absolute friendliest staff and the best selection of pet supplies. There is a do it your self pet wash in the store as well.

Really upsetting experience here. They’re selling a four-month-old Wheaten Terrier stuck in a tiny glass cage, advertised as “discounted.” A bunch of people from the Wheaten group wanted to help, but when they called, the store kept changing the price — quoting anywhere from $2200 to $3500. Feels like they’re just trying to cash in on these poor dogs.

Coming from California where stores can only sell rescues, I was shocked this is still happening. It’s clear they care more about profit than the animals. Please consider adopting from a shelter instead — these dogs deserve so much better.

came in tonight just to look around because me and my friend had never been before. the employees were all really nice! we went through the whole store and they have a really good selection of animals. if i ever decide to get fish again i will come here instead of a big chain store. the dogs and cats were so adorable and you can tell they really care about them here. they get long breaks out of their display windows multiple times a day. and you can play with them for 10-15 minutes. well we played with lotso. oh my shit he is the cutest thing on earth and i wish i could adopt him but im broke 😺. we played with him for about 20 minutes and he just loved us and my shoelaces lol. he loved to climb up on our laps and lick our faces. and was the happiest guy.

we wanted to play with xena too but she was in quarantine for 24 hours. it's nice to know they do that for all their animals when sick. lots of other places wouldn't even bother. i would 100% recommend coming here. the prices were not bad for the dogs and cats i just don't have the money. SOMEONE ADOPT THIS GUY HES THE BEST

This is a fun pet store. You can pay $10 to play with the puppies. My mom paid an employee to play with a puppy and my brother in law also paid to play with a puppy but he paid a different employee than my mom. The employee that helped my mom took her I.D and held it while we played with the puppy. The employee that helped my brother in law didn’t take his I.D. When my mom was done she gave the employee back the puppy and my mom spaced on getting her I.D back and the employee also didn’t think about it. We are from Salt Lake so the next day we drove home and we were flying out to Puerto Rico a few days later. My mom realized she never grabbed her I.D once we got home. She had to hurry and have them mail to back to her before our flight to Puerto Rico. It was very frustrating.
