We have been wanting to train our dog for a while but finally pulled the trigger. We had heard about Jon through my husbands friend who took his dog there and he had said he had a great experience. Our dog is currently with Jon. I just did my first week checkup/training with my dog and Jon has already improved my dog. Marlowe is now learning to walk beside him and being taught how to stay. My dog used to never know how to stay or not to jump and Jon really has used his skills to make Marlowe a better behaved dog. I go back again next week sometime and I can’t wait to see what he’s learned. I’ve definitely cried 2 times because of how much I miss my dog but I know I get to see him each week and I know Jon is taking great care of him 🙂 you can tell how much Jon really enjoys and loves animals.

John and his team took care of my German Shepherd while I went on a canoe trip for a week. Not only is he great at obedience training, but he took good care of my dog also. I almost didn’t go on the canoe trip because my dog had been bitten on the nose at the Dog Park a few days before we were supposed to leave. He did a great job of cleaning the wound and giving my dog antibiotics to keep her nose from getting infected. My dog is also a whole lot better on the leash now!!! I would highly recommend Certa gun dogs and Sunrise Kennels for obedience training, hunting dog training and boarding !!

We are very pleased with Blue's training. Somer and Jon are very polite and patient with both our dog and us. They take the time to explain the training and commands. If you have a puppy that needs training and discipline I reccomend them. They are reasonably priced and very good. Thank you training Blue for us. The kiddos love staying there when we have work done on the house

Poor communication and failure to inform us of a problem. We’ve had our dog home two days and she has to be hospitalized, she is skin and bones. Over $400 In vet bills, she has Viral GI infection and was vomiting blood. Never informed she needed food/medical care. You have to have an appointment you’re not allowed to just show up but doesn't respond to emails and phone is unavailable after two weeks we just went to pick her up. Wouldn’t recommend.
