I brought my 6 month old puppy in to Champs Medford for her first grooming. I like how they have an online portal, and they were very communicative with me via text, phone call and email leading up to and during her appointment. The staff was very kind and professional and my puppy was so excited afterwards. She looked so great and they did exactly what I was hoping for (with a little extra bandana!) I will definitely use Champs again.

We love Champs!!! Sean did amazing training our puppy, and the staff always take amazing care of her at daycare and boarding! It is so nice to have peace of mind while travelling because we know she is in such great hands.

We LOVE Champs. They came highly recommended from a good friend when we weren’t getting anywhere with training our silver lab pup. Sean was a huge help to our success in having a relaxed and happy girl. Both Sean and Pat helped us navigating reintroductions between our pup and senior dog who can now coexist simultaneously with little adult intervention. Let’s not forget how amazing and fun daycare is. On daycare days, the highlight of my evening is looking thru Champions of the day photos on their Facebook page. Staff always do their best to get multiple shots of the dogs so you can see how much fun they really do have. Nyxi looks forward to going during the workweek and pouts by the door on days she doesn’t get to go. We send her 3x a week and she comes home EXHAUSTED. Earlier this month we did a trial boarding run before we have our baby to make sure Champs was a good fit… of course they were! We are so thankful to have Champs right in our backyard.

Anthony is our favorite groomer! He does so well with our Bella and she's afraid of everything. She leaves looking amazing and doesn't stress there. Thank you for making our grooming experience great!

Took the pup in ti get a hair cut, The staff was very friendly from counter to groomer. They did a great job as usual. And they were quick it's usually 1-2 hrs i guess depending how busy they are.

I have been beyond impressed with my experience so far at Champs Dog House. This is truly how a business should be run.

I inquired about the puppy training course a few months ago using the website. Thirty seconds later, I got a call from Pat (the owner), and we spoke for about 15 minutes. He continued to be in contact with me while I was going through the process of bringing my puppy home.

The puppy training course itself is incredible, and you DEFINITELY get your money's worth.

First, an app containing an e-book, very informative and well-designed “puppy playbooks, and access to hours of professionally produced videos. Pat is in every video and walks you through each training step.

Second, there is the puppy trainer Sean. He makes Ceasar Milan look like my 12-year-old neighbor who comes over to let my pup out.
Sean knows everything there is to know about puppy behavior and does a great job correcting bad habits for both the owners and the dogs.

The doggy daycare is excellent as well. All staff are professional, and you can leave your dog there knowing they are in great hands.

I can't recommend this place enough.
