Yesterday my husband visited this clinic. As usual, he presented his Medicare card to the staff. After some time, the staff member informs my husband that they do not accept his insurance. Then the guy fumbles around looking for the Medicare card to return to my husband. After 15 minutes, he could still not find it, and says he will give us a call when he finds it.

The place was not crowded at all, so this is very baffling. I emailed the CityMD email on their website but the mail bounced.

In these days of fraud and ID theft, we are concerned about how this could happen. I would like CityMD to respond.

Just had an awful experience with the Aftercare line. I was seen yesterday by PA Sela. Thank you PA Sela for your devotion and concern and for your follow up.

He forgot to prescribe me my antibiotics for my sinus infection and sent me straight to the ER they didn’t find EKG much to concern. Today he explained the process to me that he didn’t submit the medication because he sent me to the ER, that is the procedure. I appreciate you PA Sela for you follow up and clarification of this. Now I know!

Fast forward I am calling the office told them I can focus head is pounding and infection is arise again and they gave me the run around

And told me okay. If you have anymore questions feel free to give them a call again

I have to go to work sick because Sela said and saw I was sick in my eyes but the city mD is brushing me off instead of contacting him or reading the notes

How dare them like I have time to chat with anyone.

11/12/24 I showed in person and explained my experience with aftercare.I am happy of the courteous mannerism and prompt attention given to me thank you . I will give the five stars but some deserve 10 stars

I rarely write reviews but just know you walk into this place and you’ll get hit with a $300 bill even if they don’t help solve your problem. They coded my visit as 25 mins when it was 5 mins so I raised a review to billing dept and they said, “oh, every visit is $300,” trying to make me sound the like dumb one. No, you coded it for 25 minutes on my insurance and it says it in my bill. I then had to get a telehealth appt elsewhere because it’s been 14 days later and I’m still unwell. Go elsewhere.

Prior to seeking treatment we checked to see if our insurance would pay for the visit. They told us not to worry and that they would submit a code for an urgent care visit to our insurance company. Turns out that this was a lie and the medical coding was submitted as some type of strange sports physical only done in the State of NJ. Our insurance of course denied the claim and we are now stuck with the bill. Do not beleive what this place tells you...they are extremely unethical.

Went on a Friday evening to get a medical opinion on a red/swollen leg. Sign-on and copy was fast & smooth. Saw PA after a 5-minute wait and Dr. five minutes after that. Smooth and easy and helpful. Recommended.

I just had my check up this afternoon and couple tests here in the CityMd Hoboken. I was so extremely satisfied! The ladies in the counter are very friendly and helpful. Especially the one who did my ECG Test and bloodwork i think her name is Naomi and the other lady who’s asking me some questions and writing in the computer i forgot your name but thank you so much guys! I found somehow a relief after my consultation there. And lastly thank you to Dr. Christine you explained and answered all my questions. I will give 5 stars for this branch! I will definitely gonna recommend this place.
