The young lady at the reception desk was polite and friendly. Her directions for check in with theQR code were cleared she offered me paper forms as an alternative. The doctor listened patiently and shared that further diagnostic testing was needed and when she could not find an outlet to provide that (it was Labor Day) she suggested that the emergency room could offer the service I needed. I was leaving the country fore three months and decided to go to the emergency room and it was a good job I did as following a CT scan they diagnosed me with diverticulitis and prescribed two antibiotics which allowed me to continue with my travel plans. Great service and no wait!

As per the staff, there were no doctors available at this location— the doctor had not yet arrived at the location. The front desk also said they could not verify my active medical insurance. Due to these hiccups, Me and the other patients went to the CityMD on 14th ave . That location was excellent because they had doctors available to help and they were able to verify my insurance and I paid a copay.

Doctor was very nice. However, I needed a run of the mill antibiotic script. They said no problem, it should be ready at your pharmacy in 20 mins. An hour later I walk into my pharmacy and it hasn’t even been called in yet. So I call their office 2 minutes to closing. They let it ring through and then shut off the lines before I could call back. I will now be leaving for a 5 day holiday trip with an acute sinus infection and no medication because several people couldn’t be bothered.

I'm an ICU nurse and was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff to my injured daughter. She was scared and in pain and they really helped her by explaining everything they were doing. Before she was even registered the nurse noticed her crying and brought her stickers and comforted her. The doctor was also very kind to her and made her feel better. She was seen, examined and had a treatment plan within 30 minutes. They made an unfortunate and unexpected situation much better with their kindness. Thank you!

The health care provider was extremely dismissive of my concerns. Immediately describing my health experience, she shrugged and said I “had nothing to worry about, and that it was likely in my head”. She proceeded to glance at my scalp, with barely attention - and responded, “you’re good, trust me”.

When I explained I live alone and cannot personally examine the area, she appeared angry and annoyed in taking her time, and reluctantly examined me after I was forced to explain living alone and my concern.

It was an extremely embarrassing situation met with zero compassion or understanding.

The tech assistant was witness to this interaction. I would have been mortified witnessing this as this was not care, in any capable definition.

I was today at CityMd just 10 to 7 pm and they took me! People there are very nice, polite. Dr Wagner came and help me immediately in a very professional matter. I was treated very well. I recommend this place as not only very pleasant but they provide very good, professional care.
