I want to express my thanks and gratitude to not only this store, but to the amazing personnel who make it happen. These guys here are the best in Columbia. From the knowledge on the pets and supplies they have there, but also very helpful tips and tricks they provide. I cannot thank you all enough, and know you've got a customer who will always choose you!

From my experiences, the staff are very friendly and helpful! I love the great variety of fish. I enjoy going to local pet stores to see the unique setup and products they offer.
My kids really love going with me! Among all the animals they love, the rabbits and Fly rank near the top.

I have bought fish, frogs, cat products, snails, etc. from this store. BIG FAN! The employees are knowledgeable and kind and will take the time to help. They have helped me set up a tank to ensure good water quality and best care for my fish. 10/10 always recommend. Abby and Jeremy gave me wonderful fish recommendations and great ideas for toys my cat loved.

I thought this was the place to get my fish. But boy was I wrong. Just walking in the door the smell of ammonia was so strong. That was the first sign I should have seen. The second, fish tanks were all dirty. I should have left but bought several fish anyway. I get them home do everything correctly to introduce them to a new tank, within 4 hours four were dead. Overnight 6 more have died. I take them back to the store because supposedly they have a 48 hour guarantee. They didn’t want to do anything to begin with because I didn’t bring a water sample. They tried telling me they died because the ammonia level was too high, which can’t be because it’s a new tank. I told them I just wanted a refund as half of what I purchased has died. They eventually decided they could only replace 6 of them and couldn’t do anything about the other 4. I guess that is better than nothing but I’m still not happy and not going back. By the time I got back home I find two more dead. Sorry but after this I’ll stick with the big box store.

I really wanted to like this pet store because it’s the only local one in town. I bought a bird about a year ago and it died after having it for 1 week. I called the shop and they basically said it could have been anything, something I did, something in the air, etc. I never got another bird after that. Fast forward to recently, I bought 2 pet rats. Yes, these are the first rats I ever got but I did thorough research, have a large cage, food, toys, everything you would need. I bought 2 and one of them was sick immediately after buying it. When we got home I noticed a chirping sound and I believe the rat was in respiratory distress. The staff seem knowledgeable but I can no longer trust buying an animal from this store. The cages seem dirty with a lack of air flow (fish tank style cages which are not suitable for many animals) and too many animals in each cage. I won’t be buying another pet from here and wouldn’t recommend it unfortunately.

To be honest I waited quite a bit of days before leaving a review. I bought 2 Oscar's from a different a.k.a major box pet store with no luck after the first 48 hours not just once but twice. Called here to see if by chance if they had any Oscar's, sure enough yes they do. I told them what was going on and they gave me recommendations on what I should try and that I shouldn't have any issues at all with the 2 that I had helped get picked out. Here we're 6 days out and my 2 Oscar's are doing Amazing. Very knowledgeable staff, knows their fish, willing to answer questions, provide suggestions, and feedback with no judgements. They're there to help you with all of your pet needs. I would highly recommend this pet store to others.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude staff that follows you around the store even though you are a regular customer who buys the same thing every time (frozen rats). Not to mention the rats I purchase there are very very poor quality and every time I do come in and decide to looka round the animals look to be in very poor health or just near death as well. Won't be coming back to this store anymore. It was the easiest place to go to even though it's a very poor excuse of an pet store but the service makes it worth going elsewhere.

If I could leave a zero I would. These poor pets are in such bad health conditions. Once you get them home and separate from the environment they seem to die within a few days.. I've had fish, snails, birds, and a rat. All die within a few days of being home. I am knowledgeable and know how to care for these animals and pets. This is a shame. The store needs to he shut down.
