I went in today for my 3 month Routine checkup My appt. was @4..out before 5!! I just love the staff,which includes Tiffany , Lexi and Newcomer Martha, they're always on point..Now don't even mention Nicole.. she's the Best ! Due to my health issues my Son which is an Airmen, was able to get his Assignment changed from Las Vegas to closer to home which is now Sumter S.C. due to Nicole writing a letter to his Chief in Command‼️

Where do I began?
They’re not friendly at all
My appointment was at 345 an I’m still here it’s 5pm
No one was here waiting when I got here but seems like I’m the last seen because I came from the Sandersville office because my doctor is out for the next 2 weeks so they sent me here.
Make me sign papers I’ve already sign
Lying about my medicine is not in the computer
It’s freezing in here
I should have been finish
I will report them to everybody including the BBB

Hmmmm, last phone call from this facility doesn’t sit well with me. When receiving a call to get a vaccine shot appointment shouldn’t result in being spoken to as I am inferior or a lower class citizen! Hmmm, do you all treat others like this?

The ladies that work at the front desk really need to get some training. I don’t think they went to any school because they don’t know how to do their jobs.
