I was referred by RBJ Waller St STD clinic and older friends who were involved w ASA and consoled me the night of test results leading to being cared for at this particular loactio. I was no longer on parents med coverage and unable to use Univ of TX bc I wasn't enrolled FT when this occurred. I was initially appointed as a patient of Dr. Zachary's for a yr 1/2ish. I do not remember what reasoning was that I later was under the care of Dr. Robert Morrison and his nurse (Nancy I think), for remaining 8 ish yrs.He had a second nurse nearing me end w him, but both could not have been more kind and compassionate!

Dr. Morrison is a VERY thorough, patient, comforting and suggestive kinda physician. "Suggestive" that he advises vaccines/meds that are due at apt or soon after, giving his patient's the option to complete then, later, or not at all. He doesn't force anything directly or indirectly. And it is always specific by patients "health/age/etc reason." I mailed him a hand written TY card when moving to San Antonio not ONLY bc he wrote a doc needed by new infectious disease specialty clinic I would be cared at. He was 1/5 of a handful of specific reasons that made the move difficult then and nostalgic now.

I def became comfortable and at ease w him beyond a surface or bare min requirement as a patient level, which surprises me to this day and yet to occur where I am undergoing care today. He monitored and eventually stabilized dosages of each regular med I was prescribed. I was not 'scared' of him in sense of being scolded, but I genuinely grew a level of respect for him much larger than normal respect to any physician/nurse/medical professional. I def took his comments & advise more serious after the first 2 yrs of just showing up bc I had to in order to get meds. I honestly cannot think of ONE negative thing to say about being under his care. He is truly nothing less than the top tier level of GRADE AAA levels of MDs.

(I originally tried to facilitate Tiff's Treats delivery and couldn't get specific time/date he was at clinic then and resorted to TY note in mail. I wasn't being cheap!)

These people are AMAZING! I’ve only lived in Austin for four months, and I’ve been able to see my doctor several times, make an eye appointment to get new glasses, and see the dentist! What a great team keep up the great work!!!

I have had to reschedule lab apppointments at least twice in the last year due to delays with the lab staff. I don't know what the issue is but perhaps Central Health should consider giving the lab services contract to another company. Quest Diagnostics has completely failed to support their client at this facility.

I have been a patient for 11 years here and while occasionally there are hiccups I cannot think the staff specifically my NPR Diana, who by the way looks just like Gal Gadot, for keeping me alive and helping me with my medical needs

I have been a patient here since the mid 90’s. It was good back then. Now since Seton has taken over, it’s a train wreck. The vast majority of people that were there, quit once Seton got involved. Absolutely nobody will answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and just finally give up. Do not call after 3:30, because you will be ignored until they close. I show up on time for an appointment and there is no place to park to get in. It’s just terrible. No way to communicate with anyone. Can’t get a message to your doctor.
They used to have the prompt where you they will call you back at the number you called from so you don’t have to sit on hold. That has never worked, I’ve never received a return call. Now, it’s no longer offered as an option. Wonder why.
Now I’m getting charged thousands of $$ for labs. What’s changed? I asked at the front, the lady behind the desk says “bring me those bills, that’s what I take care of....” I did. Nothing. Got nothing in response. Try to call to ask? Good luck, nobody will answer the phone!! It’s just the most frustrating place to deal with.

So far, so good. Even though my first visit was nearly 5 hours, it was well worth what I walked away with. The Staff, the Nurses, the Doctor and the Pharmacists were extremely helpful. They all made me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you for all that you do and did for me. ❤
