No doy ny 1. sola estrella Piensen muy bien anyes de ir a esa clinica dia 22 de sep de 2022 estube ahi durante mas de 1 Hora la doctora shanom estubo tratando de retirarme 1 implante y nunca lo pudo sacar no me dejo tocar donde yo lo centia durante todo eses tiempo y con anestecia segun ella ya lo tenia estuba jalandome un nerbio no era el implante me cierra y me manda a casa e

Por la noche cuando me baño y me quito las benda me doy cuenta que el implante estaba mucho mas arriba de donde ella me estuba lastimando por tanto tiempo ahora me duele mucho la parte de la accila y la parte de atras de my pantorrilla al caminas. Cero profecionales y ny siquiera deberian estar ejerciendo como medicos

No lo recomiendo,estuve esperando cambiada y en camilla para hacerme exámenes alrededor de 45 minutos y nadie venía por mí hasta q decidí cambiarme nuevamente. Que mala atención. Y que conste no habían pacientes.

Wow, I couldn't believe how awful this place was until I called. The receptionists are rude and just plain unprofessional. I tried to make an appointment and had a referral I could email. The receptionist said the only way to receive this referral is via fax. What year is this, again? So, I try to come up with solutions (me, the client!), but all this lady does is give me resistance. Clearly, this place doesn't want people to come here, and I feel bad that I couldn't meet the awesome Dr. Cynthia Coyne because of her unhelpful staff.

And, Community Care? Don't bother copy pasting the same response you've given to some of these reviews. It's not worth it.

Prepare to put your whole day on pause for a 15 min. Appointment with provider. Staff is unprofessional and should not have access to clinic data base. Appointment time confirmed while making the appointment is NEVER the same appointment time as the clinic data base. All and any appointments will take 2-3 from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave.

I absolutely Adore Dr.Coyne and couldn’t speak more highly of her, but the staff and helpfulness of anything is horrible. The staff is rude, impatient and unhelpful. I don’t get to pick my appointments and if I need to cancel o don’t get in until 2weeks to a month later. I recommend the OB just not the establishment. 😕

Ive been with this place for the past 5 years and every single time ive came they have treated me wonderfully yes somwtimes the wait time can be forever but you have to rememeber the time of the day you go and what is getting done. Ive yet to have a problem with them! Thank you so much for everything you do and being my go to obgyn for the past 5 years!

Glad that in my third pregnancy , I don’t have to be at this place. The way they are stereotypical to women of color. Even though they are located in an area that is predominantly people of color. Would not recommend if you have options.
