Today I took my dog 🐕 Ace for his annual exam. I was very happy with the attention of the entire team that served us. The reception and medical care at the Vet and the assistant were excellent. Ace had 2 vaccinations and had blood drawn , he did not complain any time. He was examined very carefully. Thank you Dr. Linda Hanneman and your entire team.

I can not say enough about Compassion Vet!!!!! After trying for 3 years of trying to get help for my dog with another veterinarian, Dr. Patil listened and helped me! Deb is absolutely wonderful and I can’t thank you enough. Now my dogs Brady and Bella are in wonderful care of Dr. Patil and staff. Thank you all for the amazing job you do!!!!!

Don’t come here if you have a rescue, or any dog over 30lbs.
The front desk staff was nice, however I will never return to this office for a handful of reasons. During the booking of my dogs appointment I paid the deposit, and was told to email back the intake new patient sheet before the appointment. I opened the document they sent me and it was completely unformatted to even fill out online.
I was called every single day for a week before my appointment to tell me that if I do not arrive by 11:45 to fill out the paperwork that my appointment will be cancelled and I’ll lose my deposit. Totally understandable. I show up at 11:44, intake form is finished by 11:50 and my dog and I are ready to go. The doctor isn’t ready to see my dog until 12:40. Fine I wait the hour.

I go in, we wait another 10 minutes for the “nurse” to come out. She comes out with a sheet of prices that she knows nothing about. Just hands me a sheet of pricing and is like yeah that’s what we got. Oookay?

Doctor finally comes in after another 10 minutes. I told the front desk, the nurse, and now the doctor that this dog is a rescue that I don’t know much about. I tell her I think she’s 1.5 years old. She does nothing as far as trying to figure anything out about my dog. My partner with me is a tall strong man and offers to lift my dog onto the table for the female doctors. They told him they got it and to back off. He sits down. They pick my dog up, she starts squirming of course, and they drop her on her back and let her roll over to her stomach. Then they leave the room for another 10 minutes. Finally my man decides to put her on the table and she calms down instantly. They come back give her the shots and we got out of there. Wasted an hour of my time, a week of harassment phone calls, and gave me the worst first visit appointment for my dog ever.
Great place for cats though 🤷‍♀️

I switched to this veterinarian clinic after a couple bad experiences with a clinic that I had been going to for 20+ years. I was worried that I wouldn't find a good place to take my kitties but I can say that I made the right choice. I've been a client here for about 4 years and I have only had good experiences. Everyone I've dealt with have been professional and caring. I had one very ill kitty and Dr. Patel was knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. Not only are they truly compassionate but also very honest. I would recommend Compassion Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a great place to take their beloved pets.

The entire staff from the front door to the back have been beyond caring. Both Dr Patel and Dr Dyna have helped care for my cat Anya for many years; offering a wealth of knowledge and compassion. It’s with great sadness that Anya was chosen to peacefully rest. Thank you to the entire staff with your walking next to me in the past few months while I found strength to let go. And most of all, thank you Anya for all the caring you offered to me. You are an amazing cat on so many levels. We were blessed to find Compassion Veterinary Clinic care.

Have been with CVC for decades. They are amazing. Today was my Giuseppe's final day, and they were all so very kind. Their schedule was interrupted due to the emergency and they allowed me to spend as long as I needed with him. Got to say good-bye. The entire staff were so very kind.
