I've been using them as my vet for years. My senior dog Mac went through health issues and Dr Epstein and his staff took excellent care not only to Mac but providing me and taking the time to walk through next steps, costs and potential outcomes. When it was time to let Mac go, Dr. Epstein and his staff took amazing care to both Mac and I and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to mourn. I am forever grateful for their service.

I have always had excellent care for the 12 years we have been using this vet. They are always great with my two difficult pups and handle them gently. My many questions are always answered and when we had an event happen where we couldn't afford the surgery they helped me to come up with the next best thing. (She's completely healthy after a lot of coddling BTW)

I have been taking my dogs and cats here since I moved to KC in 2014. I noticed a lot of negative reviews were from several years ago and in my experience they have been great for my family! I have never used the boarding facilities, but the new location has a fantastic set up for pups!!! I only use the veterinary services and for that they are great. They can almost always squeeze me in that day and if I leave a message they call back within 24 hours. My only suggestion would be to take your cats to a specialist if they are sick and need something other than vaccinations, spay/neuter, or boarding. Cats are seem a bit more complex than dogs and from personal experience I will take my felines to the Cat Clinic in Brookside if they are sick. But Arrowhead Veterinary Services has been great for us!!!!

I am sorry to see so may negative reviews. I have boarded Molly here many times, and my previous dog too, and my animals have done well, and have been treated very well here. I can tell that Molly has been happy to be there when I pick her up. Only once I had asked them to give a nail trim and it was overlooked. I chose to not be upset by that as they had given Molly excellent care while there.

My experience was 5 years ago. I would not use this facility again. I boarded my dog in August for a week. I received a call 1/2 way thru the week he was sick. I'm not sure why he got sick. I provided our food from home. When we picked him up he was crazy thirsty. Unfortunately I'm not sure what happened to him in their care, but he died the day we picked him up. They wanted me to bring my dead 90 lbs dog in for an autopsy-and pay them for it. I suspect not enough cool water was provided to him. I called my regular vet and they suspected bloat. I felt zero compassion from this boarding facility. Would not use

I’ve been using this facility and vet for 6 years. My dog loves it here! They all know him and he is so happy when I take him there. He is a great vet and the staff is great also.

Dr Epstein and his staff are all excellent people to provide care for Your pet. I have only been going there for 9 months since I got my puppy and they treat us like we have been going to them forever.
