My girl Dottie (8) had never stayed at a pet hotel/left without family at home. She is a bit of an anxious grumpy girl sometimes and cozy pet hotel has always taken such good care of her every time I have had a work/personal trip. They always send photos and updates on how she is doing, as well as take the initiative/time to introduce her to new dogs and allow her to make friends on her own time💗 I recommend them to anyone who asks and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I took my rescue dog to Cozy Pet Hotel & had their groomer, Allee I believe was her name, get him cleaned up & I couldn’t be more happy that I found this place! Not only did my dog enjoy the experience & the people but I had the pleasure of getting to sit in their office & meet the owners & watch how they do their work. They really care about the animals themselves, treating them as if they were their own. The details they added to the place to make the dogs & cats feel as welcome & comfortable as possible was apparent. Very friendly staff & even friendlier animals! Loved this place & will be coming back!!

I love leaving my fur babies here at Cozy Pet! I've been using them to babysit/board my babies and I am always comfortable doing it. They love it here too. I love that they send me pictures so I can see how they are doing and they are reasonably priced.

My pups like being at Cozy Pet Hotel. They have been there many times. I am confident when leaving them that they are well cared for. The staff has always been friendly and respectful. The center has always seemed to be clean. I am pleased and would recommend Cozy Pet Hotel anyone for their pups boarding.

Our dog and cat stay here at least 2x per year for more than a week per visit. The staff treats them very well. Our dog needs his 'emotional support' cat so the two of them are allowed time to be together. The pets are allowed lots of play time and this has improved our dog's social skills with other dogs. You can bring your pets' own bed and toys to make their room more comfortable. The pets don't stay in a cage which is super nice and makes this owner feel less guilty about breaking routine. I enjoy the fact that you can pick your pets up even on a Sunday which allows you more flexibility with your vacation planning. If you want your pet to feel less like a number and more like an individual, I highly recommend Cozy Pet Hotel.

I highly recommend Cozy Pet Hotel to all pet owners. This small, family-owned business stands out from all the other boarding facilities in the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Each pet has their own private room, and there is a whole room dedicated to just cats, with individual cat condos and a room filled with enrichment items, which provided my dog and cat with the comfort and privacy they needed.
The facility is spotless, with epoxy flooring that ensures a clean and hygienic environment. My dogs loved the outdoor play-yard with Astroturf, and the two playrooms designed for enrichment and socialization kept them entertained and happy.
I got both of my pets groomed during their stay and I couldn't be happier. For my dog, the grooming included a thorough bath, nail trimming, and a stylish haircut. He came out looking and smelling fantastic, with a noticeable spring in his step. The groomer took the time to understand my preferences and made sure my dog looked exactly how I wanted.
My cat, who is usually quite anxious about grooming, was handled with such gentleness and expertise. The groomer managed to trim her nails and give her a much-needed bath without any stress. She came home with a beautifully brushed coat and seemed very content.
What truly sets Cozy Pet Hotel apart is the personalized care. The staff sent me regular updates, including photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my pets were well taken care of. When I picked them up, they were happy and well-exercised, a testament to the excellent care they received.

I simply can't say enough how wonderful Cozy Pet is! Their facilities, cleanliness, the way they treat all the pets as their own, their grooming and boarding services...they even have televisions in the rooms set to animal friendly programming. Cozy Pet Hotel is top notch!
