Very informative and very reliable! They did an amazing job sealing my crawlspace and installing a dehumidifier. The climate in my house improved immensely. I had Crawlspace Medic do a crawlspace encapsulation and humidifier system to manage moisture levels beneath my home built in the mid 90's in Mt Pleasant. Crawlspace Medic did a very good job leveling my1600 sq.ft. house with a 2 ft. crawl space.Added 7drop sills,sistering 3 cracked joists and installed french drain with sump pump ect. Initially Scott came out to inspect our Crawspace area where the humidity levels were extremely high and our floor insulation was falling down. Rodents were living in the area as well. Scott made several recommendation and was willing to make sure we got the security from future rodents as well as methods to remove old insulation and install a high level dehumidifier into the craw space. After his crew performed the work, Scott returned to ensure the quality of work was up to our agreed specifications. He made some corrections and we are extremely satisfied with his professionalism during this project. Thanks Scott.

Steven, Michael and the crew were easy to deal with from start to finish. Michael came out and gave me a game plan and a very fairly priced estimate. Steven got me on the schedule and kept in contact throughout the work. The crew that came and did the work were professional and let me know anytime something needed changed. If I ever have problems again I’ll only be calling Crawlspace Medic!
