Eh. They’re good in many ways. Friendly and fun but I question their practices. Check out the tanks. Most of them are in quarantine a lot of the time. And are they dirty in general. I made the mistake of buying plants for my tank. Now I have an infestation of snails. I had one snail. In this photo there are over 7 babies in addition to my one. And this is after I managed to discard 6 babies. It won’t stop. I have to start completely over with my tank in order to get rid of this problem. DO NOT BUY AQUATIC PLANTS from them and reconsider other animals and fish. Supplies are fine.

I’m not sure about other parts of their store as simply I am not knowledgeable about every species, but their aquatics department is GREAT. I feel like in the past few years they have really upped their game in their aquatics department, bigger tanks for the bettas- plenty of shrimp, unique fish, and great bulk prices for shoaling fish- just ask! They even carry some small business shrimp foods! Customer service is fantastic and I never feel rushed or treated poorly. I had a pretty long chat with a person about shrimp as I was being picky- they were knowledgeable, patient, and very sweet.

This pet store is the coolest. Random turtles are free to roam around. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This place is fine. They do have a lot of products and look like they take well care of their animals. Their aquatic stock is not the greatest. They barely have any variety of aquatic plants, and most of the times I go 2/3 tanks are in quarantine. They do have great staff that is very knowledgeable though

I love this place! As an aquarist I can say their betta section is exceptional! It's so nice to see someone doing it right! The tanks look great, the staff is super friendly and the store is clean despite the giant turtles meandering around - very cool. Sometimes they have puppies, great pet selection with reptiles, arachnids, birds and whatnot. Keep it up guys!

Had a wonderful and super informative first visit. The store manager was super friendly, asked if I needed help, and walked me through the options for what I was looking for and adjusted based on my budget. This will definitely be my new pet store moving forward!
