Dr. Wilkinson and the staff were very kind, sympathetic, and supportive. On a very tough day while putting down the families dog, the staff made the process as simple and easy as a day like that can be. They didn’t make us feel rushed or uncomfortable in any way and were incredibly patient and respectful of the family saying their goodbyes. I would give 10 stars if I could. So thankful for such a caring, kind, team and doctor.

Crossroads Animal Hospital is the best! Dr Wilkerson and Dr Hedrick are very knowledgeable and compassionate. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love their patient portal, makes communication so easy. My dog has a lot of health issues and they are fantastic about explaining things and keeping this dog mom calm!

My beloved Ty Kitty entered Crisis. She was moved from her mountain home, and companion colony, from Virginia Blue Ridge to Liberty. Shortly, she went into petrified shock after blindly walking into a pen of 2 huge male dogs. Their owner removed her outside their cattle gate. I found her frozen, frothing, 3 feet faced off with these 2 intent strangers.
I lamented her condition. Crossroads took her in the next morning for an EM check-up.
Minutes after the vet came to her aid, Ty was head-butting the vet. I was amazed at the love exchanged between them. Rare and revealing! I am very pleased with the love offered to our beloved family member. She has been a close loving companion for 15 years- A very special kitty.
I was assured Ty would be, "OK...in time. She was scared near to death." I was ok, too! Just knowing the future of recovery. It came to pass. Thank you Crossroads Animal Hospital, I know you CARE!

THEY ARE THE REASON MY DOG IS DYING THEY REFUSED HELP, NEVER USE THIS VET, my dog is suffering and having internal bleeding and the refuse to help my dog anymore and they don’t care about your animals health all they want is money and try to do everything to make money but solving the problem. Then have one of the nurses argue with us about giving him the medicine that helped home last time all because of her EGO work vet ever they will nickle and dime you and then send your animal off with the same condition he came in for.

Crossroads is more than just a vet to our family. Our pups have had such wonderful, quality care here.

Our dog Hershey was in our wedding & at 15 1/2 years, he became very ill, being diagnosed with bone cancer, the day before Christmas. Not knowing what to do, we were given medicines to make his last days comfortable & told to bring him back after Christmas, that our children need to be with him.

We have since had a new pup (aka, a horse puppy) who we were well educated by the vets on the appropriate time to have her spayed, to help with, not hinder her growth & development.

We have always had support here with our fur babies & also get the, "If he were mine, this is what I would do" personal advice.

We wouldn't take our pups any other place!

Love love love love them! My 17 yr old puppy was having trouble breathing. They got her in right away and took excellent care of her. I’m from out of town so was grateful for how well they took care of her.
