I have been going to Crystal for about a year now for electrolysis and laser hair removal, and am very happy with the results. Prior to Crystal I was seeing two other skincare tech's who did not even compare with the expertise Crystal has. She is professional, kind, and truly an expert of her craft. She devotes the time to explain each treatment for every appointment to meet your goals, and is honest and efficient. She is very skilled at what she does, and I can trust her when she is performing her services. Feeling cared for is essential when seeing an esthetician. Crystal is the best! I’m so happy I found Crystal. Originally, I went to her for my monthly brow wax and lash tint; however, she kindly offered advice on my skincare, including water quality and serums. I use few, specific products now that have dramatically improved my hormonal acne. I’m not the type of person who feels comfortable spending time or money on myself, especially for “vanity” reasons, but by my 40’s I was tired of having to spend so much energy on shaving and waxing only to have to do it again next week, month, etc. Crystal has made that a thing of the past. No only does she give me a place to feel comfortable with my procedure, she makes the whole experience feel like you’re hanging out with a friend. She follows up to check your progress and she texts to check on you post procedure. I’m very happy I finally decided I was important enough to take care of too. It had been an amazing experience and I will continue to go to Crystal for all of my beauty needs.

What to say about Crystal; from the very start, she was kind, very informative, and understanding to what I wanted to do. Crystal laid out the best treatment/removal options for me, and was kind enough to work with me on pricing wherever she could. Every question and concern was answered with plenty of patience, backing information, and if at all applicable, alternative means to achieve my goals (for example electrolysis vs. laser). Crystal is kind, empathetic, patient...I can't say enough good things about her. I've since moved out of the area, and not having this place to come to is certainly a big, big hole to fill. If you are looking for laser hair removal, electrolysis, or any other service she offers, look no further, you won't regret it.

Crystal is an amazing person and amazing at her profession. I came to her for hair removal to prep for surgery, and as a trans man I was pretty nervous to deal with this. Crystal immediately made me feel safe, respected, and cared for. She assessed my needs and skin and has nailed it. We've been doing laser on my entire forearm and it's been incredibly effective, at only 3 laser sessions the hair has been decimated. She says once we move to electrolysis it should blast the hair for good. She also recommended a product called Hale Derma for healing, and it's amazing! I use it after each session and on my tattoos it's insane how fast it makes everything heal. She truly cares about her job and helping people.

Crystal was absolutely wonderful! She really took her time and explained each step of the process. Crystal also equated skin health with overall health which was something I had never thought of. My skin felt absolutely amazing after my treatment!! I also appreciated her following up with me a day after to see how my skin was feeling!
