We have been taking our cockapoo Murphy to daycare at Cuddle Up in Blue Springs twice a week for almost a year and we couldn't be happier with them! Everyone is always so kind and it's obvious they know and care about Murphy! We appreciate the service they provide to our community!

Love cuddle up pup and so does my shepherd mix Ranger. He is always so excited to see all the staff and other dogs. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so kind and prompt in answering any questions. They truthfully go above and beyond for the pups and humans.

I feel the need to write a review bc of the consistency at CUP. I LOVE this place. First, when they get there, they are begging to get behind the front desk to go play. They don't even want to say bye. We always have our dogs groomed and they come back looking and smelling soo good! Lastly, they are SO tired from so much playtime that they basically sleep for a few days. For these reasons, I know my dogs are being taken care of here and it is money well spent on them. And the peace of mind is free. : )

I was referred to this company, by a friend, i have a 5 pound pocket Yorkie. I arrived around 8, I didn’t have a good feeling when I went in, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. When the groomer finally came up, I went over the issues I was having with the previous groomer, then I asked her about how long would it be? She said around 11:00, at 1:00 I finally called. I picked him up, when I got home. I was looking at him. They did not trim his legs. The hair on his body was short by his head and then got longer and longer. The cut on his face was STILL uneven.
Don’t get me wrong I think their prices are reasonable, but it really makes me sick to think of the amount of money I paid for his haircut, (I might as well drive down the highway throwing money out the window). I had to take him to another groomer, I had to pay for a full service because he was to uneven.
I am not asking for my money back.
I think everyone should know, you might consider not going there. The person who referred me to this company went for a second time, it was awful, she no longer will be going there.

I take my dog here twice a week for doggy day care and she loves it. The staff is very nice and they provide many pet services and carry pet supplies and food.

I love how close they are and the job they do but...if you need a weekend grooming you have to be kenneling your dog. Was told grooming is only open on the weekends for those who are kenneling their pets. I had been taking my girls there for awhile but then told no weekends. I needed weekend grooming due to work hours. If they open up grooming for the weekends I might go back. Am very disappointed in them though.

This was our first time here with our 16-week old Corgi. We came for a Corgi Meet Up and had fun. The staff was very friendly. We liked the smaller, low-key venue as our dog is still getting used to other dogs.

Axel had a great time! He was very timid at first (to be expected at a new daycare). On the second day he did great! I was a little bit concerned when I was asked by two different people what he looked like when I picked him up… I was worried he might have been lost. Also.. we purchased a chiefs collar on his first visit.. when I picked him up they brought out a shredded collar.. I was shocked. The lady told me to pick out a different collar that wasn’t chiefs.. I explained what we were visiting from out of state.. she eventually agreed to replace with the same collar.. all in all..they resolved the problem and Axel seemed happy. ☺️ that’s the most important part.
