Viaje desde Bogotá a Atlanta con mi perro, la atención, fue 10 de 10, aunque tuve que dejar mi mascota una noche, puedo asegurar que el trato a mi perro fue de lo mejor. Recomendados 100 por ciento, de las 6 ciudades habilidatas por la CDC para el recibimiento de perros desde países de riesgo de rabia, este fue el mejor tanto en atención, servicio y precio.

Extremely poor customer service (trash).
Communication is very unprofessional; emails are not answered promptly (if at all), and phone calls are not returned. We wasted significant time waiting for a response from this person. He takes advantage of being the only service provider in the Atlanta area, which allows him to act without accountability. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The CDC should address this issue to ensure better service and accountability.
Pésimo servicio al cliente. Nos hizo perder mucho tiempo. No responde correo electrónicos y hay que estar llamando a ver si contesta, y cuando contesta es un grosero y no es claro con las instrucciones. No pierdan el tiempo por acá. Debería ser reportado a la CDC por que se aprovecha que es el único en el área.

I imported Bumble Bee (now named Kaius) from Indonesia. I will complain over the CDC bureaucracy and regulations being excessive and costly until I am blue in the face, BUT Ricky with Dandie Scottie Kennels was awesome. He guided me through the what to expect during the process, emphasized the importance of getting the paperwork right to facilitate the process, and provided recommendations on flight arrival times to avoid the risk of overnight or weekend kenneling. The process was smooth and professional. What was really great was he called me when CDC signed off after the health inspection and asked if I wanted the shipping crate broken down for our 4 hour trip to North Carolina. They saw to Bee’s care, made sure he peed, pooped, ate, and drank water. The folks handling Bee were loving and affectionate and Bee wanted to say goodbye and snuggle with them before leaving. I was very pleased with them.

I recently traveled from China to the U.S., and per CDC requirements, my two dogs needed to receive vaccinations at this facility. This is the only CDC-authorized facility in the Atlanta area, so I was naturally a bit anxious about the process.

However, the experience exceeded all my expectations. Ricky was incredibly professional and responsible. He kept me informed throughout the process, and it was clear that my dogs were in excellent hands. Both dogs were treated with great care, and the vaccination process was completed much faster than I expected.

I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing pet-related services, especially for travelers dealing with CDC requirements. Thank you, Ricky, and the entire team for taking such great care of my dogs!

We flew from Turkey to the United States (11 hours flight) with our Rottweiler dog 2 weeks ago. Due to the new CDC rules, our dog stayed at Dandie Scott Kennel for 1 night. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Ricky informed us about our dog's condition the night our plane landed. We were also in touch the next day.

Even though I haven’t gone through the process with this company in importing my pup from Ecuador. I do want to say even with calling them late they still answered and helped me and my mother out ! I believe the gentleman that helped us out was named Richard. I just want to say a great thank you to him for helping us understand the process a whole lot better.
