My mother saw Dr. Moran today who is new to the practice. He was very thorough we were with him for over an hour as a new patient. My mother has alot of complex issues and he took the time to address every single one of them. This type of care where you actually take the time to get to know your patients is very rare in our healthcare system today. Thank you Dr. Moran and staff. We are happy we chose the right doctor.

This office needs to review the annual HIPAA and PHI compliance training. I called to check a refill status for a mutaul client and identified myself as a pharmacy and Pharmacist and would like the refills sent to my pharmacy. I explained the clients situation of driving from Florida to Colorado and having car problems and needed refills on 2 medications that are medically necessary and if she discontinued use, can place her in the hospital. I am also the clients nephew and when I informed Kristen of this information, she said the office supervisor Krystal Lee said they can not discuss her medication needs because I am not listed on her PHI. Please review your compliance training and thanks for the call back when you verified I was correct with Walgreens that no quantity was available to refill!!

Had no problem going to this office until I seen Dr. Roberts that repeatedly called me fat. Let's see 6 times than when I got tired of it. I exchanged my thought of her and see left. Never got my problem resolved. I was swollen up like I have been lately after going off water pills. I was trying to get back on them that's all. She was rude the whole time. Never had a problem with anyone in the office or PA till this doctor filled in.

I’ve been going to this office and Dr. Rodriguez for 20 years. I’ve been with him for some of the hardest, best and worst times of my life. He has always been nothing but understanding, easy to talk to, helpful, gracious, and a great bedside manner to boot. I’ll follow him until he retires and then be really sad having to find a new doctor.

I first went to see Dr. Rodriguez about 8 years ago and I would not
change him. He has seen me for TRIGEMINAL NEUROLGIA and numerous medical conditions. Dr. Rodriguez listens and works with you for better health. His staff are all welcoming and caring.

The staff is nice, the environment is clean. The doctor is good but doesn't take enough time with the patient not listen the patient. He go in and out. Don't let the patient talk and do not explain or discuss the illness. Should be more attentive.
