Que barbaridad llame a atención al cliente y tuve que hacer 3 llamadas porque no me atendían en español y pase horas es el colmo que tengas que esperar tanto y no te atienden por unos ticket que ya pague en la aplicación y no entiendo porque siguen llegando los mismos ticket y son cerca de $800 el cobro que me están haciendo wow me parece un tremendo robo estoy en la 3ŕ llamada ya llevo 20 minutos y hasta la grabación de que te dise que esperes en línea esta en total silencio parece que silencian las llamadas deberían despedir a esta gente floja aragana que no les gusta el trabajo ayer me tarde 1 40 minutos y no me respondieron si saben que hacemos muchos hispanos que pagamos por usar estas carreteras deberían aumentar el personal para atención al cliente en español hoy ya llevo 15 minutos y no atienden quien sabe cuando esperare

El señor es un in respetuoso yo compre el ez pass aqui y me dijo que yo no lo compre aqui abrieron el ez pass con otro nombre no me devolvieron el dinero y gritando alli

What a scam ezpass is. Had my credit card attached on file, my card was used fraudulently, so I recieved a new card. Never got anything in the mail saying my ezpass wasn’t getting paid automatically. So because of this I ride thru ez pass lane unknowingly that I’m not paying. So I get a violation 3xs from them, but they said my mail preference was email so they sent the violations to my email the same email/credit card that got compromised….. instead of mailing them to my house(which they would of done if I didn’t have a ezpass). So since is had ezpass they don’t send violations by mail… if your worried about people getting scammed maybe you should look into your self! Scamming honest individuals to line your pockets is sad

UPDATE: as of posting this and submitting my appeal, it was denied, and the reason being, ITS 60 DAYS PAST THE DATE OF OF THE TRANSACTION. How is that my fault it took so long to appeal?! that should be criminal fraud. I did exactly the steps necessary to appeal and being denied because the date is 60 days ago is insane. And of course, you can't appeal it again.

EZ PASS IS SCAMMING PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. I have an MD ez pass with my license plate on the account. The same day I drove from md to nj, the tolls in MD worked fine and I can see the transactions on my account for md, but somehow the Delaware scanner didn't catch it and I got 2 violations. the tolls were $4 each, but both violations had an administrative fee, ambulance co. fund fee, combat violent crimes fee, totaling to $100 for both. Tell me how a $92 fee for $8 in tolls is not extreme. To dispute this, you either need to mail it, call, or go online. Their call center has queues of over 50 calls and the website does not work to dispute it.

zero stars stealing 50 dollars from me and everyone else in this trap. I made sure not to spend a penny in this basckward state. NY, FL they can mail bills w/o charging 50 bucks or causing accidents. You guys are in line with the Philippines with people at the teller and take 4 dollars cash only or an EZ pass, no credit cards taken. You should take them and have an upcharge in line, not refusal and charge 50 bucks. Feel robbed just driving thru this awful state. Is a good way to make sure we never come back. Is ok, i can spend my money in the other 49.

If I could give it 0 I would. The support number literally hung up on me 5 times until someone decided to pick up the phone. Their initial notice got "lost" in the mail so I had to pay a "final notice" with more admin fees of $100

Had positive balance on my account on the days of my travel, confirmed with my home state ez pass I had positive balance. Taking advantage of busy Americans is un-American. I emailed and explained I have no time to deal with paperwork, while many other states allowed me to settle electronically these archeologists required a paper notice and account proof to be sent by mail I don’t have time for that as I am trying to enjoy my life, and something as simple as a $4 toll should not be escalated to $100 penalty that is absurd!

Trash....the only way to describe this system and therefore Deleware gov't. You can only appeal online if a resident...otherwise it's mail a check and an appeal. Awesome - people like myself haven't had a checkbook in almost two decades...so now I have to adjust my schedule to go get a cashiers check for these morons. I guess it requires too much brain power to implement a pay-by-plate system for out of towners, as opposed to a 'violation' system with exorbitant fees. I will do my best to never spend a other cent in that state.
