The spa is now located inside on the 3rd floor which you can access via the blue elevator!

Cecilia was working reception and she was so friendly and helpful! I hadn't been to this spa before so I didn't know what to expect but everyone was so kind and accommodating.

I got the 25 Minute Lymphatic Massage from Sarai [Sah-rye-ee] and she is FANTASTIC! I have been to another place in the area that was also great, but in only 25 minutes she made me the most relaxed I have ever been. Genuine magic I am convinced!

The steam room is also very nice, there was nobody else there when I went, so I got to hang out and unwind. Everything was very clean and comfortable- and if I were to critique anything (this is it) it would be the robes are a very strange texture lol.

[FINANCIAL NOTE: If you are a girl on a budget like myself- the $10 parking validation for the valet brings it down to (for me) $37. Maaaaybe consider one of the $12 garages nearby! (Oops.)

This spa is inside the Westin, though it’s not affiliated with the hotel. The space is dated and could use an update. It was very clean, both inside the common spaces and in the treatment room.

I booked a package with four treatments and left a deposit totaling $342.

Kristy, my massage therapist, suggested changes based on my problems areas and she said would likely cost less or the same. I agreed as long as the price didn’t increase.

Kristy’s massage was fantastic—she’s truly exceptional and the best part of my visit!!

However, at checkout, I was charged $42 more without a clear explanation, and the credit card machine wasn’t working, which added to the frustration but not in anyone’s control. I did not agree to a $42 price increase, but didn’t feel up for debating it after spending time in a spa to relax.

Without Kristy, this would’ve been a two-star experience.

Entrance tip : do not follow the address which says it is located on Figueroa Avenue. The only folks who can access that entrance are those staying at the Westin with room key access. The entrance is on Flower. Once you enter on flower, the stairs or elevator can take you to 3 where the spa is located.

My mother in law is 83 years old and a 9 year cancer survivor. The chemotherapy treatment left her skin dry and flakey all over her body (like bad dandruff). So my wife Pamela, scheduled a whole body, body scrub. My mother-in-law loved it. She was so happy and relaxed. She asked Elizabeth not to scrub so hard, and Elizabeth assured her that she wouldn’t. Michelle greeted them when they arrived and walked them through the journey and made sure mom was comfortable at all times. When my wife called to schedule the appointment, she let them know two things, that her mom has dementia and she’s a southern lady, so please place a Ms. before her first name.😁. That’s exactly what they did.
Needless to say my wife and my mother-in-law were beyond pleased with the service and care.
They will definitely return.

Lovely spa. My sister and I booked a couples massage. It was great and the available add-ons made the experience even better. We enjoyed the steam room and sauna after our massage.

First timer.
I really loved my Swedish massage. My masseuse was Kathy, she was kind, asked if I was comfortable during the massage. I wish to spend like another hour in there. The amenities are great !!! They have sauna too available when you reserve a service. Also, the hotel where the local is located is beautiful. I would definitely try to come back. All the staff was friendly since reception, cleaning staff, everyone.

I only wish I knew my masseuse’s name. She was so so so good. It was undoubtedly the best massage I have ever had. After flying & a lot of long road trips I was especially tight & she fixed me right up. I didn’t utilize any of the other features, but having a spa right in the hotel that was amazing is priceless.

My first attempted the shower was unsuccessful because there was no hot water in any of the shower stalls. There relaxation room was not private and there were people that were not there for massages walking through like it was a thorough fair. My massage therapist Kathy was great, the woman who checked me out, was very helpful and helping me find a shower stall in a different location that did have hot water. Massage was great, the spa shower area is rundown (the handicap shower was not functional) I’m giving three stars because the massage was excellent.

I had a 75 minute sports massage with Sarai today. She was absolutely amazing! I have been a massage therapist for 20 years, and I am certain that a massage as effective and skilled as her is not common. She’s been a therapist 10 years. I’m extremely impressed with her level of intuition when she explored problematic areas in my upset back. I might even steal a few of her “moves”. The facility is also quite comfortable, staff is very helpful and engaging as well. A bit odd situation with the locker area being coed, but I was there for a great massage, and that was definitely delivered. Thank you Sarai!
