"Danielle hizo un excelente trabajo con mi periquito. Mi periquito puede ser cranky, pero ella fue muy paciente con él y definitivamente se movió a mi ritmo con él. Su primera peluquería/bañera en el salón de peluquería fue perfecta Los empleados de la entrada son muy acogedores.

Danielle did a great job on my doggio! My dog can be cranky , but she was so patient with her and definitely moved at my dogs pace.her first groom /bath at the groomers went perfect ! The front desk people are so welcoming as well ❤️

First time taking my dogs here. Great service, friendly staff, and squeezed me in last minute. I have 2 dogs both got cleaned and nails trimmed. They smell, feel, and look great! Will definitely go back!

Towa, Ethan, Emma and Nappy had a great stay with you all. They are happy and smell very good after boarding for 5 nights. Great friendly staff who were caring and handled our fur-babies very well. We even got a cute video of them playing during their stay. They are so sleepy now, and their fur is so soft after their weekend get-away. Thank you for caring for our little ones.

One star because their front desk girl was very nice.

Took my dog here recently. My dog is nearly 16 and has been groomed more times than I can count. She goes to be groomed every 6-8 weeks.

Here is my experience: I dropped my dog off to be groomed here for the first time, with them. The groomer was too busy to have a consultation, so the owner took the information.

My dog was supposed to be ready at 3pm or 3:30pm. They "finished" her after 5pm.

I was in a rush because I needed to be somewhere so I paid and left.

When I got home I noticed that my dog had thick crusty eye boogers all around her eyes - they never cleaned her face? Her ears were filthy, they never cleaned her ears. He nails were still long and her paw hair was not trimmed.

Also, she suddenly had dandruff. Never had I seen dandruff on her. Her new groomer told me that happens when the dog doesn't have conditioner on her after a bath or if she sat drying for a long time before being brushed and trimmed.

Her overall haircut was fine.

I wrote an email and included picture of her filthy ears and long nails.

I received a reply from the groomer who BLAMED the situation on my dog not being cooperative. My dog's new groomer said my dog wasn't bad and "but it's fine, that's part of being a groomer, ya work with the dog and get it done safely and correctly".

So, the next day the manager called me, she was very dismissive and said I could drive my dog back for her nails to be cut. I love rurally and this is not convenient, plus I felt like I could not trust them again. I finally had to ask them to refund the cost of ear cleaning - this was not offered.

So... I was refunded a measley $5.

I told my friend about this and he told me that they totally missed cutting his dog's nails and didn't trim the paws. He has to drive his Aussie all the way back to be finished.
