I have taken my miniature schnauzer a couple times and took my new puppy recently. They did a great job, The bow addition melted my heart!!! Too cute. Met my expectations, I just wish it was a bit more affordable.

They always do an amazing job with my baby Shadow! He is a very difficult dog scared of water but they have been able to compromise with his fear and groom him. I love going here never had an issue with them. He smells and looks like he feels so much better after leaving here! Thank you so much !!!!

They did a wonderful job with my Lucy. It was her first time and they were very patient with her and she looked fabulous and smelled so good. I'll definitely be taking her back.

We took our ten week old Yorkie there today for her first grooming. They got us in immediately, were done in an hour, had her up front loving on her when we got there, and she looks and smells amazing!! Will definitely be back in a few weeks ☺️

Unfortunately I'm really frustrated and disappointed with my experience at this groomer. The website has prices listed that are way lower than what they actually charge and they claim they don't own the website and can't change it but why don't they have Google remove it from their listing? The website even has their phone number on it, so I'm suspicious about that excuse. Additionally, if they know it's inaccurate they should warn each customer who calls to make an appointment.

So even though I arrived for my first grooming appointment and was hit with an amount that was almost double what I expected, I went ahead and kept the appointment. I probably would not have left any review whatsoever but when I picked up my dogs, one was limping and one had an eye swollen shut. My old girl might have been limping because she had to stand for a while so no big deal, but they immediately asked if my boy ever pawed at his eye at home because he "looked like he had allergies." He does occasionally have allergies but his entire left eye was swollen shut and they had no explanation. Again, I didn't want to think the worst but after 24 hours I took him to the vet and he had a scratched cornea!!

Even still, I might not have left a review and just never returned but after talking to a dog grooming friend of mine, she said that she absolutely would have offered to help cover the cost of his vet visit and treatment and not just tried to pass it off as something that happened at home before he arrived. I guarantee I didn't drop him off like that and I will never bring my babies back. Accidents happen but don't overcharge me and then try to play it off as my problem when you mess up.

I was recommended by a couple coworkers who have used this place for years. Making an appointment was quick and simple. Everyone was incredibly helpful from the moment we made the appointment to dropping her off. When picking her up, we barely recognized her! What an amazing job they did in transforming our rescue pup. And to top it all off, our little lady didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Really nice boutique that takes good care of our poodle. He's always happy when we take him and pick him up. He's been to other groomers in the area and seems to enjoy this one. They are easy to work with and schedule appointments. Worth the trip!
