I’m already so impressed with Dog Pawz that I felt compelled to write a review right away. My dog, Biscuit, had her first day this week. The first visit was free as a meet-and-greet to ensure she’d be a good fit. When she came home tired and happy, I knew she had plenty of exercise and socialization, which was so reassuring that I booked her for another day there this week.

One of the standout features is the camera in the play area, allowing you to check in on your pet—such a thoughtful amenity! Plus, every staff member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I’m thrilled to have found this place. Highly recommended!

Brought our boxer/bloodhound Faith to get looked at for a possible hip injury. Usually she's pretty high strung and anxious when she's going to the vet, and even worse when it's time to go home. But she was calmer than normal with the way she was being taken care of and the most cooperative I've seen her in these situations. Everyone here was so loving and patient with her. I really appreciate the treatment you gave Faith and the attention you gave her. Usually she can't wait to get in the car and go home after the vet, but this time she was not wanting to leave here.

I would definitely recommend Dog Pawz to anyone who wants their dog to be treated like the family they are at home. Faith will be returning, as well as our other dog, Evie.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would!!! I have boarded my two dogs many places and this place takes the cake! Haley the manager is incredible. She excels at customer service and goes above and beyond to make pet and pet parents feel loved and comfortable. My dogs love coming here it is their home away from home!!! So thankful to have this peace of mind whenever I have to leave them

We had a great time at DogPawz! Hailey and the whole team made sure our puppy was well taken care of. I had access to cameras all day and the staff was amazing at getting her integrated with the groups. Felt like someone had an eye on all dogs all day. Very impressed and so happy with the service!

Posting this in hopes that the owner will contact me. I made an appointment for Vincent to get groomed and specified that he needs a deshedding and nail trim. I told them during my booking phone call that I work 730-4 so I would take them up on the day boarding option after his grooming appointment supposedly at 9 am. Upon dropping Vincent off in the morning, I’m told that the groomer will contact me and ask me what I want…. I work in an operating room (I’m scrubbed in and can’t have my phone) at a busy hospital so this already wasn’t ideal especially considering I already told them what he would need in the appointment. By 1 pm I hadn’t heard anything. I then called, and asked why I hadn’t heard anything from them.. I got an excuse and found Vincent hadn’t been touched yet. I told her again what I wanted and then asked what time I’d be picking him up… shouldn’t this info be recorded when I make the appointment? When I walked in to pick Vincent up the people at the front desk were gossiping, briefly stopped to ask who I’m here for and what card reader to use, then got back to gossip. Leash in my hand Vincent and I were told goodbye and escorted out the door. I had just gotten done with a busy call weekend, so I’ve been ignoring my phone glad to have a break. Since coming off do not disturb after a few days I’ve received multiple texts and voicemails and an email (all with a mean girl attitude) saying I didn’t pay my bill. Funny how I can be contacted by email when you need my money but not when you need to ask me what kind of grooming you should be doing to my dog that is currently in your possession. The last voicemail is stating that it will be sent to collections in 3 business days lol in one week from the time of service. Obviously you saw me pay, then waved and thanked me and said goodbye, so the rudeness is crazy considering this error is from neglect of an employee and not the customer. Their policy says bills will be sent to collections after 90 days, so I can only assume someone that is afraid their boss will find out they messed up is just making a threat. . Vincent has also been super strange after picking him up like he’s upset. He’s also been limping which is new and lethargic. He took a long pee break when I picked him up at 430 so who knows how long he was ignored. When I got him inside our home he drank two full bowls of water. So was he not given water either Please contact me if you’re the owner.

Saturday, Feb 22, 2025, Blaze & I visited during Dog Pawz Open House & toured the entire facility with all sorts of questions asked & answered. Wow..I was blown away. Great staff, Manager Haleigh is outstanding.
Blaze is scheduled for her meet & greet daycare visit on the 25th.
A big shout out to Haleigh & her team...your Open House was incredible. Only wish all pup parents could enjoy this type of animal care & love. See you Tuesday.

We love it! We go twice a week for daycare and she has boarded with dogpawz. We have had a great experience with staff and she is excited to go every time.

My dog Wagner and I love Dog Pawz! They love the dogs as if they are their own. Their groomer, Vickie, does a wonderful job and the vet staff are amazing and have done a great job of handling my dog's health issues. I highly recommend all of the services Dog Pawz offers!
