My puppy Latte started daycare 3 days ago and it has been going great. On the first day she got so tired by the time she came home she ate and slept right away.
As soon as you enter the front door you are greeted by Brie, Brett or Taylor, the front desk team. They are all very wonderful, welcoming and just overall nice people.
We talked to Brie over the phone and on our first day there we were greeted by Bree again at the front desk. She was so easy to talk to. She did a great job with listening, answering our questions and really showing us that she really did care about Dogtopia, their customers and their cute furry customers. She gave us all the information that we needed and I walked out on that day with a smile on my face and the comfort of knowing that my puppy Latte would be well taken care of.
According to Brie there are 12 trainers, who take shifts and the dogs are separated by temperment and size. They have grooming services, bath services, daycare, boarding and have little treats and activities they do each day. They also have webcams available , except when they are napping from 12-2.
She gave us a tour of the place in the evening and once again did a great job with answering mine and my husbands questions to the best of her ability.
Thank you for the great customer service and giving us the feeling of security of knowing that our baby will be well taken care of while we were at work.

Dogtopia has been an absolute gem of a find for my pet (Whiskey)! The day boarding service is exceptional, and my furry friend always comes home happy and tired from all the fun. What really sets them apart is their amazing staff - everyone from the front desk to the trainers shows genuine love and care for the pets. The trainers are particularly wonderful, creating a warm and welcoming environment that helps pets feel at ease.

I especially appreciate the variety of engaging activities they organize throughout the week, keeping the pets mentally stimulated and socially active. The convenient location is an added bonus that makes drop-offs and pick-ups a breeze.

If you're looking for a place where your pet will be truly cared for and entertained, I highly recommend Dogtopia. It's clear they go above and beyond to ensure every pet has a fantastic experience!

Our dog Cubby has been going to Dogtopia once a week for the last two months. We are so happy we enrolled him. We wanted him to improve his socialization with other dogs and reduce his separation anxiety from us. I love having access to the live camera feed all day to check in on him. I also love that they text me photos of my dog during his visit each time he goes. They are extremely responsive any time you reach out with questions or concerns. The staff is super friendly. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Dogtopia is fantastic! The staff is friendly and truly cares about the dogs. My dog, Chip, always comes home happy and exhausted from a fun day of play. The facility is clean, and I love getting updates and photos throughout the day. Highly recommend!

This is a great place for your dog! They have a well-structured schedule that minimizes kennel time, so the dogs spend most of their day playing and socializing with friends. The staff supervises them at all times, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Luna always returns home happy and delightfully tired from her time there!

Dogtopia Halcyon is one of my happy places! I started going to Dogtopia Halcyon as a 4 month old puppy in February 2024 and have been going there every week since. I like to play with and learn from my 4 legged friends in the “Toy Box Room.” All of the Dogtopia team players who greet me when I arrive in the morning and look after me during the day are super friendly. I have a lot of fun every day and sometimes I even get to have a pool day or go to art class or have a special treat. A couple of weeks ago, I even got a bath and a great hair cut at Dogtopia.
My people get to watch me (through the video camera) playing, and sometimes they laugh out loud at work when they see me being goofy with my friends.

When my people pick me up they grab a treat from the Dogtopia cookie jar for my ride home and If they forget, I remind them by sticking my head outside of my car crate until they go back inside to get one 😊
Then I take a nap on the ride home as I am a bit tired from playing all day.
I would recommend any of my dog friends to come visit, they too will have a great time!

I take my little Thor here one or two days a week so he can play and get more exercise. We have no other pets at home so he loves interacting with other dogs and other people. He is so excited to get there in the morning, it kind of hurts my feelings because he doesn’t even look back at me. There are always fun activities to sign up for, even arts and crafts projects. I’ve also had him bathed and brushed out when he’s there, and Thor comes home clean, smelling great, and just a soft fluffy pup. We love Dogtopia.

After 6months of bringing my pup here for daycare and Getting many report cards saying how sweet he is I suddenly get a call to come pick him up one afternoon. I’m concerned and get there and am told that my pup (my pup is a 24 lbs Bernedoodle btw) attacked the coach when he was getting him out of the kennel. I asked to see the camera footage as I’m thinking “does my sweet boy have an issue” and they instantly refuse to let me see the footage citing the nonsense of it’s against policy. That sus af and tells me they’re hiding something. I’d recommend seeking somewhere else for daycare.
