I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Dogtopia. My dog was portrayed as aggressive by the staff, despite being a well-behaved and friendly animal. Without any clear evidence or proper evaluation, they made the decision to kick him out, which was not only unjust but also left me deeply upset.

To make matters worse, I discovered that my dog left their facility with an open cut that was not treated or even properly documented by the staff. It’s completely unacceptable that they allowed him to leave with an injury that they clearly didn’t care to tend to.

On top of all this, I was still charged for services without my permission, which feels completely unethical. The lack of communication, the treatment of my dog, and the disregard for his well-being have completely shattered my trust in this facility.

I would NOT recommend Dogtopia to anyone who cares about their pet’s safety and well-being. My experience was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise other pet owners to stay away from this place.

I am extremely grateful for Dogtopia for taking such great care of my dog. I have her enrolled in unlimited daycare and have personally used all of their services.
Site offers, dog boarding, daycare, and spa (nails, baths etc). Dogtopia has taken all the stress out of owning a dog. Great location, hours and great staff!

r 8 month old puppy can’t wait to get inside and is reluctant to leave. Love the camera option to watch her play during the day and she comes home relaxed and tired on Dogtopia days! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is Murphy's reaction when I told him he was going to spend the day at Dogtopia! What you don't see is Murphy rushing to the garage door for his leash! He has such a great time spending the day there and usually comes home exhausted!
The folks there are very pleasant and professional.
Don't take my word for it...take Murphy's!

Took great care of my senior dog! She was allowed to chill on the beds and I could check in any time on the webcams! No issues administering medications and I got a full report at the end of her stay. Thanks Dogtopia 🙂
