I will NEVER bring a dog here again. They took over 2 hours for a bath and BLOW DRY that they said would take a little over 1 hour and my little 11 pound Bichon was not even dry when they brought him out, especially around the head.
He looked better when I dropped him off. The only reason I brought him was to get his fur brushed/dried by a pro. He didn’t need the bath. I had a particular reason I wanted him to look professionally groomed.
I had an appointment at 11:45 (which admittedly was originally 11:15 but I asked at 10:20 if I could move it to 11:45 and they said sure) and I dropped him off exactly then. I verified they were going to bathe and dry him by hand, not just put him in a crate with a dryer blowing on him. They said yes. I also asked how long it would take and they said a little over an hour because they’d had a lot of walk-ins so they were running “just a little” behind. I took that to mean maybe an hour and a half. I wondered why I worried about making an appointment, much less calling ahead when I needed to move it back if they just accept walk-ins whenever.
At 1:24 I texted to ask if he was almost done (I expected him to be done by 1:15) and she answered “Yes! They just need another 30 minutes!” It shouldn’t take that long to dry him by hand unless he JUST got out of the bath, so that’s not “almost done.” I verified again that it’s not just a dryer blowing at him but someone brushing and drying. Yes. So I gave them the full 30 more minutes. They brought him out still very wet, especially around the head. They said “ he wouldn’t let us near his head” which is crazy because 1. It’s not usually hard to dry his head and 2 You call yourself a professional dog groomer and you can’t dry an 11 pound dog’s head?
I paid, but then asked for and they did give me my money back because I wasted 2 hours of my day and my poor little guy looked terrible, much worse than before I brought him in. I hope he didn’t have a bad experience in there but he can’t tell me.

My dog has been coming here weekly for the last 6 months and she LOVES it! She is excited when we get there and she's still happy when I pick her up. She's a very high energy puppy who needs a lot of interaction and she has so much fun playing with the other dogs here. I appreciate that I can always check on her with the webcams to see which friends she's playing with that day. All of the employees know her name which makes me feel like they care about her too 🐕 ☺️

I cannot thank Dogtopia of North Austin enough for always being there for my dog and myself. When I unexpectedly needed an unscheduled day for pet care, their immediate willingness to accommodate me last minute was a genuine display of caring for their customers. My dog loves his days at Dogtopia, and I always know that he is cared for and treated with kindness. The ability to check in on my dog with the Dogtopia app is a huge plus, and puts my mind at ease during his stay. If you need pet care, or just a day for your dog to play with other pups, I highly recommend Dogtopia of North Austin!

I’ve been taking my (very anxious) dog here for over 2 years now. The employees here are very kind and I trust that they care about my dog and what is best for her! They have even communicated with me when my dog is feeling too overwhelmed around people or other dogs and may need a break from daycare, and I appreciate that honesty. I’ve tried other daycares in the area, and Dogtopia has been the best. Highly recommend!

The staff at Dogtopia treats my pup like their own! I have full confidence leaving her there to play the day away, and love checking in on the webcams to see what friends she's made or to see her getting love from the canine coach.

We started taking our boy here not even a month ago. He’s the sweetest guy, he’s just a little nervous & we wanted to socialize him more. This place has been such a blessing. Theo is SO comfortable with the staff, & having access to the webcams is literally such a stress reliever! I love being able to check on him throughout my work day.
Today (Saturday, May 3rd) we took Theo & had asked for a nail trim. We warned him about how much he hates his nail trims, & how anxious he can be…. My husband picked him up this afternoon and not only did they do an INCREDIBLE job on his nails, she also trimmed his “grinch paws” (as I call them).
The prices are so affordable, the staff is amazing, & we truly are so grateful to know our boy is loved and well taken care of as if he was one of their own. Thank you all!!!

My puppy is so happy and tired after a day at Dogtopia North Austin. The staff is always friendly, the price can't be beat and the owners are genuine and knowledgeable. It's the best decision I've made for my dog so far.

Update 2/11/20:
Pleasant staff who seem to love my dog almost as much as I do. I went from bringing him a couple days a week to bringing him every day and it's so worth it.
