We needed a last minute option for our two dogs over spring break for 3 nights and I'm so happy I found Dogtopia online. The staff was fantastic - very helpful and kind. They also have an easy to use app with a constant video feed of the dog play areas. It was a little pricier than I was expecting for two dogs that shared the same sleeping space, but I do feel they were well cared for and safe, so I will use Dogtopia again.

EDITED AS OF 12/2024:
We have decided to unenroll our dog from this location. The final straw was there being upwards of 35-40 dogs to one staff member in her little room at one time. She was coming home stressed everyday and vomiting from it. The staff was constantly on their phones and not paying attention to what was happening around them. Managers are hardly ever there. The turnover rate is extremely high. Big dogs were put with little dogs. We expressed our concerns multiple times over multiple months and nothing was ever done. They were great in the beginning but quickly became money hungry and has instead decided to focus on how many dogs they can enroll at once instead of focusing on their current pet families. There are better options out there. Do your research and ask questions before enrolling your pup! Also over half their 5 star reviews are from current employees.

We LOVE Dogtopia of Rock Hill! I love the webcams to be able to watch my girl whenever I want throughout the day. They take amazing care of her & love on my sweet pup like she’s their own. We couldn’t ask for a better experience & can’t wait to see all the fun things our mini goldendoodle does there. She never wants to come home after!

We love Dogtopia! The people are so friendly! They genuinely seem to know and love my pup! Most importantly, my dog loves it! He's always excited to visit and he comes home happy and tired! I couldn't ask for anything more!

Staff is very friendly and I love that when I come to pick him up the staff continues to work on him not jumping on the door as this is something I am trying to work on with him at home. My dog is happy as can be as soon as he sees that orange leash come out and when we pull up to the door, he bolts out and can’t get inside quick enough! I love how much he enjoys going there and if I could afford it would send him more than I do. Cannot say enough good things about the Rock Hill location and feel comfort knowing he is in good hands and don’t even need the camera to check on him because I know he is happy as can be!

I have a 3 year border collie mix and a 5 month old yellow lab puppy. Both are extremely high energy but friendly dogs and they like to get into trouble when we are gone all day at work. Dogtopia of Rock Hill representatives were at an event I was attending and I got some information from them. I have always thought that doggie daycare was a silly expense because dogs are children and can be left home alone but we could not tire our pups out enough on work days so we decided to try it out. I could not be more pleased! My border collie mix, Piper, is shy and I didn't expect her to like the experience at all (they let us try it out for free the first time) and my plan was to just bring my lab puppy, Stella, once a week. Piper loved it and I ended up signing both dogs up for 2 days a week, something I never thought I would do. Now we look forward to Dogtopia days because both pups come home happy and worn out after a day of playing. They even get to sign up for treats some days (pictures of lick mat day are attached) and I can sign them up for nail trims too. I am so glad I decided to give doggie day care a try! The staff clearly loves dogs and both my pups are so excited when we pull up to Dogtopia and are so happy to see the staff. I had to walk Piper to the back room the first time I took her to Dogtopia but now she doesn't even look back at me on her way in because she is so excited to play with the staff and other humans. If you have ever considered doggie daycare, I highly recommend Dogtopia of Rock Hill!

My dog goes twice a week. Him and I love staff, they’re really good at getting to know dogs and learn their quirks. When I take him and pick him up, he is happy to sniff around and will approach staff without hesitation.

Staff is gentle and pays attention but only interferes when there’s discord.

They do not attempt to suppress a way a dog expresses themselves as long as it’s safe. For example, my dog is really big and likes to lean on people when he’s comfortable with them. But even when a 100lb dog is leaning on them to get pets, they gladly give him attention while monitoring the other dogs. They have cameras you can watch, and every time I’ve looked at those cameras I’ve seen my dog having a good time and staff paying attention to their surroundings.

There is no outdoor space, and while I wish there was, I did not dock a star because I felt that the outdoor space does not drastically change my dog’s experience. My dog is happy to arrive and tired when we get home.

They care for my dog as if he was their own! He used to be very anti-social but since going to Dogtopia he is friendlier and really sociable with other dogs. I'm so glad we found Dogtopia!
