I’ve had great experiences bringing my dog in for grooming. He always comes out looking adorable with a cute little bow! There have been a couple of minor issues in the past, but they were resolved quickly and with no hassle. Overall, I’ll definitely continue bringing my pet here!

I’ve used Doguroo for years, but I can’t trust them anymore. They let my dog get bit. When I inquired as to what happened, apparently they know the dog that bit her is a problem case. But they just let him come to daycare anyway? That’s unforgivably negligent. No organization that actually cared about animals would allow that to happen. Safety rules exist for a reason.

They did a great job cutting my large weimaraners nails. They took him back right as we got there and it only took about ten to fifteen minutes and his nails have never looked better! And I got to shop while I waited since there is a ton of treats and toys and fun stuff. The staff was super nice and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

My rating is based on the retail experience. I’ve been here a couple times for toys and treats. They have a good variety, a lot in comparison to independent retailers. They have a whole aisle/section just for chews which is always well stocked. Plus they have one of the better selections for enrichment products like snuffles and puzzle feeders. Overall a lot of great options when it comes to pet products.

Also, their dog bath area is great. It takes a minute to figure out the temperature but after that it’s easy . They’ve got all the supplies you need - aprons, shampoo and conditioner, gloves, towels, and a dryer. Oh and the tubs are sectioned off so when we went we could close the door and let the pup get acclimated without fear of him running off.

I left my dog in their care for 25 days. My dog was smelling like feces and I can see her ribs. They didn’t feed her. She ate 4 bowls of food when I brought her home. I don’t have the money to pay for vet visits. I thought they would take care of my dog. They caused me more money. $1300 plus vet cost once I can take her. The longer I wait the worst she gets. They gave other dogs her food because someone else food was in her bag. Ridiculously unprofessional.
