What a great little shop! I came in for the self service dog bath. I let the gentleman working the front desk that it was my first time there and he led me back to the bath and showed me all of the items that I could use. Lots of different kinds of shampoos (including a hypoallergenic one) and a descending shampoo. There were some scrub brushes and towels that you can use as well. He gave me clear instructions on how to use the bath that were really helpful. The water is temperature controlled so it was great to know that my little guy was not too cold and not too hot. The blow dryer has different speeds and worked really well. It took me just under an hour (I have a large breed mix with Pomeranian and chow) so it went faster than expected! There is just one bath so you may have to wait your turn but worth it.i love how soft and fluffy my dog was when we got home!

I have a new doodle puppy and no experience with getting a dog groomed and they’ve been so helpful and kind. He began going in just for puppy grooms and they immediately treated him like he was their own! When it was time for his first big cut I was nervous because I’ve heard horror stories of dogs being completed shaved down. They listened to what I wanted for his cut and he came out looking perfect! They’ve been able to answer all of my questions about supplements and products for him as well. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer!

We love all of the friendly staff here! Everyone is so welcoming. The groomers are thorough with asking how I want him to look (how short or long, shape of his beard, etc) and they have a fur length sample chart which I found to be very helpful. No joke, this is the only place where Miles excitedly goes off with someone and doesn’t even look back for me.

This was my 4.5 pound Morkies first puppy cut. I am pretty sure he cried and barked the entire time he was there. They did a beautiful job and treated him so kindly. Thank you!!

My senior long-haired German shepherd is a long list of groomers woes: Anxious, yeasty, mud-loving, tangled, matted, hates having his nails trimmed etc etc. So my expectations for a bath and sanitary cut were pretty low. “Do what you can!” I said, believing that I would get back a damp dog with a patchy cut and long nails like always. Which was fine because at least he’d be clean. Except this was, hands down, the best groom he’s ever had! His coat has never been so smooth and silky. His skin is in great shape. His nails are SHORT for the first time ever. This is the best he’s ever looked and he came home HAPPY. I won’t take my dogs anywhere else, or bother with a mobile groomer, again. The employees are passionate, patient, and well-educated/trained. Beyond impressed! Thanks guys 🥰

Great experience! Price and time spent on the groom is comparable with the big companies. But the small shop experience really helped our pup! He was timid going in but the staff and groomer were very knowledgeable and listened to all my wants for his cut. You could tell he was well taken care of because he came out looking relaxed and even jumped on the groomer when he was leaving instead of just running to me. It was also so quiet when leaving, instead of noise of 10 dogs within the same facility. Susan did a tremendous job on our goldendoodle’s cut. She left him looking like a teddy bear and he was so soft! We will be going back.
