Will was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and knowledgeable. We were so nervous about having the inspection done in the middle of winter worrying he may not be able to access the lid to septic tank but he found it and used warm water to thaw it out so that he could do a thorough inspection. He went above and beyond and we were grateful. I would most definitely recommend him! 😊
