I went in early today for an IUD insertion and it was very smooth and quick. I have a lot of anxiety about it, but Dr. Caitlin and her staff (nurses and receptionist) were so kind and warm. They talked to me about pain management options and my partner was allowed to stay with me during the procedure. It did hurt as expected, but I felt like I was in expert hands the whole time. I highly recommend this location and other planned parenthoods for people interested in an IUD.

In case you were wondering if it’s still a current problem: no, you will not be seen at this place even with an appointment. I waited 2+ hours for simple std testing (with an appointment!) following an assault; I was ultimately never seen and left without help. Multiple other patients were kept waiting for hours despite having appointments, and even those who literally couldn’t wait any longer were ignored (saw a guy ask for his urinalysis on the spot because he was worried about peeing himself in the lobby with his unknown wait time, and I was honestly right behind him.)
Those working here lack empathy and compassion from the moment you enter the building, but furthermore are not even nice individuals. It’s seriously not worth it to book a service here; you’ll be looked down on, inconvenienced, and will most-definitely be waiting for the majority of your day.

Seek patient care elsewhere, this is a terrible clinic individually.

Other than the fact that it was super busy, everyone was so welcoming and made my visit as comfortable as could be. The doctor was so apologetic for taking a while, but the building was already full when I got there so I really just appreciate her working as fast as she could to get everyone through. Thank you guys again!

Wait times here at this P.P. C.W. location are unreasonable and I spent an hour here just waiting. Not only that but they didn’t bother to check-in and let me know how much of a wait to expect for what otherwise should’ve been a very straightforward appointment. Poor customer service- Poor patient care level. Complete lack of consideration for other’s time.
Only thing they did during that time I was there? —just reconfirming things that were already answered with my *E-check In* I completed day before my appointment and taking my Bp and temperature. Come on you guys. You can do better than this.

I’ve been trying to get a vasectomy for a year now, each time I make an appointment something goes wrong. The first time they straight up told me no cause they felt I should wait. Second time they said my BRAND NEW insurance expired and later found out it was never fully active, even though a month before they said it was, they told me it wasn’t active an hour before my surgery and then cancelled. Then I had another appointment tomorrow and they said my consent form has expired, I asked if I could just sign a new one and get my surgery, they said it didn’t matter because they were no doctors available anyway. Now I also have to redo the entire process. They DO NOT care about your reproductive health here, go to a different location. This is not the one.
