I am happy with the care I received. They were very busy and only had 2 providers available. I made an appointment and only waited 55 minutes to be called back. Once in the exam room my provider was very efficient but not at all rushed. I had to have an xray and only waited about 3 minutes. Once the xray was done the provider came in to advise me of the results within 5 minutes. He explained the plan of care to me and I was finished (only 45 minutes from the time I was called back). Pretty impressive considering how busy they were. Thank you.

This is the third time I have visited this location this year, first time without an appointment and while the wait was long (a little over an hour) it was in a clean, quiet, and well spaced out lobby. The front desk staff kept things moving quickly and professional. After being taken back to the exam room my vital were taken quickly and the doctor made his way in shortly after. The doctor was fantastic, very professional consulting about a personal medical issue while also sharing similarities from his personal life to put me at ease. It was an easy visit and while I hope I don’t need to use their services often I’m glad to have a place I feel comfortable in when needed.

Very friendly and attentive front office employees who guide you through the check-in process. Once in the back, the nurse took her time to hear my concerns and answer any questions I had. The doctor came in and was also personable and took her time even though they were slammed.

The ExpressCare review "owner" keeps responding that they are a walk-in clinic that doesn't take appointments. But their website CLEARLY says "Reserve Your Spot". So either the "owner" is lying, or their website is fraudulent.

Several times now, my family members have gone to their appointments at Westminster, waited over an hour past their appt time, determined that it would still be another hour or more, and gave up and left. I will never schedule at Westminster again. The Eldersburg is MUCH better, with very short waits.

The several times I’ve had to visit the ExpressCare Urgent Care Center in Westminster, MD, I have received excellent care and service! From the staff at the front desk to the nurses and doctors working that day. Everyone is helpful, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about your health and well-being. My experience at Express Care was very good. I made an appointment and waited maybe 10 minutes. The PA was very thorough, more than my regular Dr would have been. I was given medication and done in about 40 minutes.

I have been waiting four hours and still have not been seen. Not that busy, at this point the Nurse knows that I have been waiting since 9:35am as a walk in. My scheduled appt was at 11:58am and it is now 12:58pm. 😒
