I love this location so much Sioux is always so helpful and kind and super funny. The manager there is amazing as well Rashad. This location is to me very well runned. Clean and clean efficient. The whole team is the best. Thank you spring street for all your hard work !!!!!

A lot of the workers here get a bad rap, but I know bad service when I get bad service.
Mel was patient, smiling, helpful and overall the experience was really good.
No 5⭐️ though, because the place is drab, unwelcoming, with dreadful lighting (though it was clean, organized, and well kept.)
tip: treat workers politely & they'll go out of their way to help you.
Act like a dick, get bad service.

There are a ton of bad reviews out here and I don't know the circumstances but I've had great service each time. This is a busy location because it's right in the middle of SOHO but the workers have not given me any issues. I've had many print jobs from flyers to a banner that was done in a timely manner and with quality with a price to beat! Sioux was exceptionally helpful as I was on a deadline and their store was very busy at the moment but managed to get my job submitted to be done on time.

Fed Ex needs to fire a bunch of the incompetent people who work here or get better management. They messed up my passport photos (after the woman tried to take them 5 times). Brought them to another Fed Ex, and the manager said that they were incorrectly done. Came back for a reimbursement and had to deal with rudeness and incompetence from another woman working the shift today. Ridiculously low quality service and your stuff will get messed up if you come here.

The tall woman in the back has an attitude and is very rude when attending to customers needs. She got upset and hurled my package, saying, "I can't handle this anymore walked away from me and blah blah blah." She rolled her eyes because I asked a simple question about a phone number in the package
