Our babies time here has come to an end. While dropping them off the place reeked of urine and the girl at the front desk agreed so nonchalantly when we mentioned it. I guess she’s use to it. Upon pick up yesterday our dogs were wet and smelled HORRIBLE! We rode all the way home with the windows down. It was clear they had been lying in urine, that’s all we could smell. Our puppy (who isn’t new to staying here) currently has deep tear stains that he didn’t have before drop off which leads us to believe he was crying for an extended period of time and likely neglected. Our oldest baby has poop stuck to his bottom, their condition is just unacceptable. As soon as we walked them outside they relieved themselves for what felt like forever! I’m not sure if they’ve hired new staff who just don’t care about the wellbeing of the pets or what but not even offering a complimentary wash off when you’re giving people their pets back in a condition they were NOT dropped off in is beyond me, especially after paying $300+ for a 3 night stay. I honestly cant believe the condition they’re in and it makes me sad just imagining the treatment they received.

16 YEARS OF WONDERFUL SERVICE!

I am proud to say as one of fido fido's long time managers, that this September will mark 16 wonderful years with this company. I came on board in 2006 as a fresh faced 19 year old young girl with lots of dreams, ambitions and an extreme love for animals, especially dogs! I had 2 of my own who I would bring for daycare quite a bit in their younger years and although they were "spoiled home bodies", they really loved the socialization and being able to interact with the other pups in our comfortably sized playgroups. One of the many stand out things that I personally loved about fido fido since the very beginning is the genuine love and care for each and every one of our guests. We are small by design, so that allows us to build personal, long lasting relationships with our clientele. I chose to align myself with this company for that very reason, I share those exact same values when it comes to exceptional care and service. Over the years, the owners of fido fido have become literal family to me. They take care of their employees just as well as they do our guests. They have always promoted a fun, easy, exciting and enjoyable work environment for all of the staff and it is easy to feel the overall positive and reassuring atmosphere when you are graciously greeted at the door when you first walk in. It is no wonder why I am still an avid representative of fido fido and all that we stand for as a company. I've had the pleasure of being here just a few months after our doors first opened in Sandy Springs, to being a part of opening up our brand new second location in Alpharetta! I am so proud of being able to expand with fido fido and further provide our stellar service. We thank all of our past and present clients for your continued loyalty and support for over a decade. Loved Fido Fido but bad experience today changed all that. Utilized them for both daycare and boarding for many years. I had a package and my dog was diagnosed with cancer almost 2 yrs ago. I called and was assured my package would not expire. We just received a cancer free diagnosis and we may return to normal activities. Visited today to update records and make plan to re-utilize package only to be told policy changed and packages expire in 1 yr. I just lost approx 20 days! We will not be returning for that reason. Sad, my dog and I really liked them!

This place needs to be demolished! There are other affordable, cleaner pet boarding facilities that offer cameras to make sure your fur babies are properly cared for.

I have been going to Fido Fido for almost a year and absolutely love it! I typically take my dog for daycare when I know she needs some extra playtime or I am busy and need some extra help! She is always ecstatic to go when I drop her off and sad to leave. She comes home and sleeps like a baby, so I know she has been playing hard! I have also boarded with Fido Fido and was extremely pleased with my experience. The staff there is super sweet and I know my pup is in the best hands!

My doggo is happiest when he boards here. He doesn’t experience stress colitis like he does at other boarding places. The staff takes the initiative to learn and familiarize themselves with each boarding pooch. I value that a lot. They pay attention to our requests and go the distance to ensure our fur kids have a pleasant stay while boarding with them. Highly recommended!

I have so many great things to say! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Firstly, I'll say the cleanliness is obvious when you walk in. That's important to me.
So it starts with the evaluation day. They really did evaluate him. They told me details about him that they wouldn't have known without having the expertise and knowledge to truly understand the dog. They took their time going over the evaluation with me.
They keep them in small groups of 5 dogs max, not in indoor rooms with large groups of dogs like some other day cares do. And the dogs get outdoor play as well, weather permitting, of course!
Human to pup ratio is great, so they all get a lot of loving all day.
Rather than long playtimes less times per day, they do shorter but more frequent playtimes. They work on exercising them physically and mentally. Primo comes home tired, like a kid that's played all day with his friends! I love it!
Whatever commands your pup knows, if you want, they will incorporate them with your pup during playtime.
Primo is thriving here.
One time when I was picking him up, his handler was leaving for the day she loved on him and said good-bye, and he followed her as if he was going with her, and I was standing right there! He obviously loves the handler, and that just warms my heart.
They celebrate holidays, do picture taking and make homemade treats for your pup.
The staff is AMAZING. I don't have the words to express how AMAZING they are. They love what they do and it shows. fido fido is always training the staff keeping up on all things dog; that is something that I haven't heard from other day cares as I've researched where would be best for Primo. I can't imagine bringing Primo to day care or boarding anywhere else. It's Primo's family and home away from home.
fido fido is the BEST hands down!!!

Over the past year and a half of being a valued patron, they have shown such hospitality to both me and my pup. Waking in through the doors, you will automatically feel your furry friend is in great hands!
