We had an incredible experience with Nick and the team at Field Haven Kennels! We sent our 6-month-old retriever for an obedience course, and the transformation was more than we could have hoped for.

In just a short time, our pup made huge strides, and Nick made sure we had the knowledge and tools to keep the progress going at home. It was clear from day one that he and his team genuinely truly care about the dogs they train.

The crew at Field Haven are top notch. I am immensely picky about where I send my dogs and who watches them when I am out of town. Normally I have someone stay at my home, or send them to friends. They recently stayed for 5 nights with Field Haven and came home content, clean, and happy. There was zero anxiousness or reacclimation back into the home. Also, the guys that run it were very communicative and welcoming. Will absolutely have them watch my dogs again in the future.

Can't say enough about the team at Field Haven Kennels, they are top notch from start to finish. Sulley has had 2 stays for the first/second hunting programs plus other boarding times when he can't come with us. I also have had them do the brush up obedience on his visits and shoot birds over him, he always comes back happy! I will be using their services in the future.

Our 10 month old puppy, Gus, attended the 15-day obedience class. We are very pleased with the results and we are able to easily continue the training at home. He learned basic commands as well as avoidance of unwanted behaviors like jumping up on people. He is now very obedient yet is still a happy, super friendly, affectionate puppy. The team spent plenty of time training us until we were confident continuing the training at home. They also patiently answered all our questions and encouraged us to contact them anytime with questions or concerns. The facility is very clean and Gus got a complementary bath before going home. We highly recommend FieldHaven Kennels.

We took our year-old rescue to overnight board for the first time ever. She has a lot of anxiety. From what we hear, she did great! The building is brand new and absolutely clean and gorgeous. They have tons of space for lots of dogs. Nick and Cory were both there and we got to meet them and take a tour. Our dog enjoyed her stay, and we felt comfortable enough that we would definitely bring her back again.

Taking our one year old pup to Field Haven Kennels was life-changing in the best way possible! There were behaviors that we were unable to train, that were limiting and restricting for her and the other resident dogs.

We were very unsure about the board and train option for Vera because she did not do well when previously boarded at another facility (board only). I was worried about how she would do for the two week obedience training. Nick was so informative and patient with me, and answered all my questions, no matter how many times I asked. We toured the facility with Vera, and it was beautiful, new and very clean on amazing property, and the owner lives on site! Vera took to Nick and Corey right away, and we saw them treat her like she was their own dog!

When we saw her for the midway training session, I was so relieved to see how great she was doing! She was clearly enjoying herself, and happy as can be with Corey! She didn't even care when we left! We had a second training session when we picked her up, and Corey was so informative and patient through all my questions.

Vera has been doing amazing at home, and it's so evident how much happier she, and the other 2 dogs, are now that she is able to live without the restrictions of constant leash/gates/e-pins! Since picking her up, I have called and talked to Corey and Nick several times with questions that come up and they are always quick to respond and so helpful!

I can't say enough about how great this place is, and I highly recommend Field Haven Kennels!
