The entire staff was on point. Their actions were prompt, professional, efficient, and compassionate. As for Dr. Axe himself. Again right on point. Medical explanations were made in layman’s terms making it much easier to understand thereby easier to make pertinent decisions. Looking forward to continuing to work with Dr Axe and his team.

John is awesome! Great PA! I can't give the 5 stars he deserves because of the 45 minute wait. People have jobs. It probably costs me as much per hour to wait as you pay the PAs.

Dr Constance and PA Gianna are wonderful. Gianna toke the time and answered all my post operative questions I highly recommend this practice
In fact I’ve already decided after 2 wks post knee replacement to have my other knee replaced in a few months. So far so good

Make an appointment here they didn't tell me to bring my driver's license but they did tell me to bring my insurance information. I don't go to the doctors Harley often which is a good thing but I was unaware that I need to bring my driver's license they totally refused to see me even though I can verify my husband's information he's been a patient there for a few years when I called to complain to the supervisor she hung up on me after I told her about everything then the supervisor was accusing me of my fault when I had no idea that I was supposed to bring a driver's license she points the fingers to me when it's actually her it's her staff they wouldn't let me speak to the doctor there they said he was busy I said but his appointments with me at 2:05 so we should be able to come to this wind and speak to me so I could tell him what was going on they just have no care in the world about helping me so I left out there with my messed-up leg and have to figure out where to get another appointment the next day they said I could come back there but I will not go back there I think they should have to pay me for my time and my gas for wasting my time and the manager said no we don't do that but yet they want to secure their money I will never use this facility ever now
