My entire family uses and loves FMA. Their staff is so kind and accommodating. I feel like they treat my fur baby as their own. We love going there and so do our pets. We love Dr. B, Dr. Alex and Dr. Wilson! Rachel and Hannah are wonderful, helpful and so considerate to our pets! I love how they always remember our names and ask about our family! I drive from Leavenworth Kansas, my son drives from Freeman Missouri, my sister from Butler Missouri and my brother from Raymore Missouri…we would drive even further for the treatment we receive from FMA! Highly recommend and 10+ stars in my book!

Dr. Alex and all the desk staff is always very friendly. I can't remember everyones names but Jessica, Christina and Emma were very memorable! Dr. Alex was very quick to treat and diagnose my kitty which I'm extremely thankful for. The rooms are very clean and I've never had to wait long to see the techs and/or the vet which I appreciate. Pricing is great as well.

Dr. Alex and Dr. Wilson were just wonderful!! They knew exactly what was wrong with my fur baby and fixed him up right away! The staff was very helpful and supportive too! My family recently brought my dog to FMA to be euthanized after suffering a stroke. Reception staff and the vet tech were great, but the bedside manner of the vet handling the procedure was unacceptable.
Upon walking to the room the vet said "well she looks like she could have a seizure at any moment" he then repeatedly tapped on her eye and ended with a chuckle. There were several more cringey moments that left our entire family staring at each other, wondering if this was really happening, the worse being while he was explaining the procedure before he began. He said they would inject her with the life ending drug, and that it wouldn't take much considering her condition, and then laughed. I suppose the task has become too routine for him, and he needs to relearn how to read the room, and to apply empathy for the situation. My dog was my baby and best friend and how the situation was handled has left my last moments with her even harder to process.

Spent many years, trusting many pets to FMA’s care. In fact, Dr. Bachman and his son are indeed wonderful. However something has changed. We have suffered unnecessary added services to pets and been charged accordingly, even after expressly requesting to abstain. Ultimately, we’ve decided that The well-being and care of our pets is no longer top of mind in the hands of the FMA staff. Very sad.

This is very disingenuous, considering the following:

We actually as a family, in spite of the Recent turbulence, found ourselves between a rock and a hard place as our kittens continued to vomit post surgery, Pardon the vague detail, but ultimately we decided to call the hospital To try and desperately schedule radiology and instead were handed off to their office management Only to abruptly find out we had been disallow from making any further appointments With them -Resulting in a trip to an emergency vet and And everything that comes with that. Overall, the entire experience just demonstrated how Uninvested FMA animal Hospital is in our animal well-being. They were expressly cold in the face of us being very scared and worried, It was a very sad situation.
(our sweet little kitten has recovered and is thriving)

This vet will always hold a special place in our hearts. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Alex were so compassionate and kind. Our Maizy had a tough health history and went through a lot of complications. They went above and beyond every step of the way. They made her end-of-life journey so comfortable and answered all our questions. We are so thankful that our path led us to them. We could not recommend them enough. Your furry friends of any kind will be in great hands.

HIGHLY recommend FMA! I bring my geriatric foster dog Peewee here. PeeWee has had many complex problems due to his old age and Dr Wilson is incredibly thorough and has gone above and beyond to ensure all of his issues are addressed and that he is comfortable. The staff at FMA are always very warm and accommodating!

I took my dog here her whole life for her regular appointments. When it came time to relieve her suffering at the end of her life, the staff at FMA couldn't have been more respectful and accommodating. It was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do but they made us as comfortable as they possibly could given the situation. I thank them with the utmost sincerity from the bottom of my heart.
When I'm ready to adopt again I'll certainly bring them to FMA.
