When you find yourself in unexpected situations with regards to your health, mentally, physically, emotionally, Freedom Care is there. They gave me the time, consideration, and patience to do what was right for me.I have always considered myself an Independent Woman, doing me, taken care of others, yet at times you need someone to take care of you. I’ve been caring for someone for the past month through Freedom Care. The process was pretty smooth, and the Care Team once you are hired is always there to resolve any issues or answer any questions. Pay is weekly, which is a bonus. So far so good!

Attention All FreedomCare VPs: Nicole Eamigh deserves a raise!!! She handles all issues/problems immediately and professionally. When she tells you she will take care of something she will troubleshoot and keep you updated during the entire process. She made my transfer from NY to PA as smooth as possible and handled all the unfortunate glitches with ease.

I hope all the "higher ups"appreciate her more than I do because she would be a great asset to ANY agency that tries to recruit her.

Completely and utterly rude and condescending. I was asked a question 8 times and was accused of lying by the customer service Rep "Gretchen". Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said hold on. Came back said hold on, came back said hold on.we did this for, no lie, 45 mins. Im disabled, I need help so, please make me. Feel worse. im very insulted and emotionally and physically crying.

Registration process is painful. There’s a huge gap in communication between the intake team and the prospect. There was point when I had to call every single day to follow up if the intake dept has received my required documents and to ask what are the next steps. I was told the representative wasn’t available, she’ll call you back, the representative isn’t working today we’ll leave a message for someone to call u back. All of which caused unnecessary delays to complete the process. It’s not what I expected from a very well known company.
