I adopted my pup in January and recently had Fullmer help me with boarding over the weekend. The building is clean, and they tell you everything about your adoption and how your dog was during boarding. When we adopted our pup. Jeanine is truly incredible. She is all around knowledgeable with pets and handles them with the upmost care. My cocker spaniel Pepper was nearly impossible to groom! She has sensitive feet and even hated bath time. Jeanine worked with her and she got better each time. She even became easier for at home baths. A few years ago, Pepper became suddenly injured. We didn’t know what was wrong or what had happened. After 2 different vet opinions we were told she had calcium buildup on her spine and we would need to look into a dog MRI and then possible surgery. This would have been over $10,000. One vet even recommending putting her down! I just couldn’t accept either of these options! I called Jeanine completely unrelated to business and she willingly brainstormed what could help Pepper. She suggested a THC/cannabis tincture. She got the medicine in California and it cured Pepper. Jeanine saved my dog’s life. I am incredibly grateful! Now, Pepper is out of pain, thriving and well. Plus, she just got groomed so she’s looking particularly pretty. Thank you for caring, and for sharing your passion and knowledge!

14 years ago we adopted our sweet dog, Nixon, from this rescue. He was the most amazing dog, ever. As soon as I saw his photo, I knew he was perfect for us. Our other dog wasn't happy about it, at first, but Jeannine was SO helpful, giving us guidance on how to get them used to each other. They became best friends.

Unfortunately, Nixon passed away in July. I prayed that I'd find a new little soul to love. I looked on their website. In August they had found a border collie mom and border collie mix dad(same as Nixon's) on the streets, brought them in and the mom gave birth to 8 puppies. As soon as I saw Bullet(now DJ Trumpet), I knew he was the one! Definitely kismet. We started the adoption process and I really appreciate how thorough they were. They truly care about their companions going to a great home. Ara was wonderful at answering my many many questions and sending photos until he was old enough to be adopted. We brought Trumpet home when he was 8 weeks old. He's been absolutely wonderful! He's super sweet and so much fun. We are lucky to have found 2 amazing dogs at Fullmer's.

Update: 2/14/25-I adopted our dog, Trumpet, 16 months ago. I emailed Jeannine, after hours, because of some behavioral issues with my dog(my fault, not his!) and Jeannine immediately called me. She spent an hour on the phone with me, gave me great training advice and set me up with a great dog trainer. This rescue doesn't just adopt out their animals and then forget about you. Jeannine has proven to me that she continues to care about their companions and are there to help throughout your pet's lifetime. She cares about the happiness and success for both the people and the animals. This is SO important when adopting. I don't even have the words to express how grateful I am and for how much I recommend adopting from Fullmer's!!!

I can’t even express how truly amazing Jeanine and her facility are! After a house fire left us with no place for our pets Jeanine took them in (dogs, cats and even our sweet rabbit) and made them a home away from home while our house is rebuilt. She immediately got everybody groomed and cleaned from all the smoke and began getting them comfortable in their new environment. We visit them regularly and they are happy and joyful again despite their circumstances. She goes above and beyond to work with each and every pet like they are her own, even cooking up a special diet for a few of them that needed the extra support. This facility has outstanding communication and have been so great to work with. I highly recommend Jeanine and will always use wags to riches in the future ❤️

This place is amazing they groomed my two dogs nova and Oakley and they did such a good job at deshedding Oakley. When we got him he liked to leave his hair all over the house and it was so horrible took him here for a groom/deshed and I haven’t seen hair in my house since. He also boarded here and they did such a good job at taking care of him and making sure he gets 2 warm meals a day. When my little nova had puppies they did a good job at giving them a good first grooming experience. The place always smells good when u walk in.

This is the best place for an animal to be we cancel activies so our animals can go to the spa. We love Jeannine she is amamzing with our animals, and takes such care for them when there at the spa. They love getting groomed and played with by Jeannine. Totally recommend bringing your pets here!

What a great experience we had with Fullmer Menagerie/Wags to Riches. We highly recommend them! We were vacationing in the area and needed two over nights, last minute, because the place we had already booked with called us back one hour later and cancelled. When I explained to Jeannine (the owner) we had an event prepaid for she was very kind and attentive. We were so impressed with the facility, it's so nice and well maintained. The staff are all so happy and friendly, and that's always a good sign. The check in and check out process was very smooth. We added grooming and really glad we did, he looked fantastic! We felt comfortable leaving our dog in their care. He was so well taken care of and were told he made lots of friends.
