We’ve really enjoyed our experience with this daycare for the past 9 months! The staff is warm, attentive, and always keeps us informed about our child’s day — whether it’s something fun they did, how they ate, or if anything unusual happened. Their focus on curriculum and early learning is something we truly appreciate.

The app they use is also a great bonus — it keeps us updated in real time with pictures, nap times, meals, and the activities our kids participate in each day. All of the staff are so kind and helpful, not just to our children, but to every child in their care, which creates a very positive, and safe environment.

While some specific requests for our kids aren’t always consistently followed through, we understand how challenging it can be in a group setting. That said, Sherie and Whitney have been especially supportive and understanding anytime we’ve brought up a need, concern or adjustment, and we truly value that level of care from them.

Overall, it’s a safe, structured, and caring environment, and we’re happy to be part of the KinderCare Gilmer family. ❤️

As a first time mom I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Gilmer Kindercare! The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make my child feel safe, loved, and supported. Every single one of his teachers have had a smile on their face every time that I have gone up there. The facility radiates positivity. I appreciate them so much! I’ve noticed such positive growth in his development since he started & his overall happiness has improved!

The environment is clean, well-organized, and full of engaging activities that keep him learning and having fun. The app keeps me up to date on everything that he’s doing throughout the day & they will even upload pictures of him doing activities. As a mom, it gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. I thought daycare was going to be a hard transition for us both but because of the excellence that they exude in everything that they do, it has thankfully been the opposite.

We’ve had such a great experience with KinderCare! The teachers are so hands-on and genuinely caring—they create such a warm, fun, and educational environment for the kids. My son has learned so much and is excited to go every day.

I especially appreciate the great communication! They keep me updated throughout the day and are quick to reach out if anything comes up. The directors are also incredibly responsive and helpful if you ever have questions or concerns.

It truly feels like a second family. Highly recommend!

I toured Gilmer KinderCare first but ended up choosing a different daycare initially because it was closer to home. Unfortunately, that daycare just wasn’t the right fit and couldn’t handle my son. I reached back out to Gilmer KinderCare, and they took him on short notice — and I am so thankful they did.

Even though I now drive almost 30 minutes each way just to drop him off, it is 100% worth it. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to enroll your child here, let me tell you: do it. From day one, everyone has been so warm, welcoming, and kind. The staff is incredibly patient — not just with my son, but with all of the children. Even teachers who don’t work directly with him know his name and greet him with a smile every morning.

I get live updates, photos, and even videos throughout the day, which brings me so much peace of mind. You can really tell that the staff loves what they do and genuinely care for each child. I’m beyond grateful for this place!

This day care is amazing my daughter is almost 1 yr old and has been with me since day one. She just started at the Gilmer Kinder care last Thursday. The first couple of days were bad because of her separation anxiety. But yesterday and today I noticed she didn't cry when I picked her up and she's been really happy. This morning she even reached for the teacher durring drop off. I will always worry about her when she's not with me. But at kinder care I am at ease when she is there. I know she's in a great place with lady's that treat her like their own baby's. Shout out to the nursery and toddler teachers. Your doing amazing keep it up.

Out of all the daycares around this is by far the best, we absolutely love how you build a friendship with everyone up there, they inform you of any and everything about your child, they send update pictures and info on what they have done for the day. When the kids go in there they run to their teachers and give them hugs, that shows you they love it as well. We have never had any issues with communication and it’s always clean and doesn’t smell like most daycares. They go above and beyond for our kiddos and we even have some cousins that just moved here and are using them as well. This coming from me is alot because I refuse to use daycares because of all the horrible stories, and I would even put my grandson in here who doesn’t speak yet because I know he would be well cared for and loved.

Daycare is a hard place to leave your child but gilmer Kinder has really made us and our experience a lot easier. The send pictures and updates on your child throughout the day and call you directly if there’s any concerns. Very happy workers, they are always smiling. Absolutely recommend!!

My daughter has gone to this daycare for a year and 1/2. She loves her teachers a lot. Like any parent, I worry when she’s away from me, but I know if anything happened, they would notify me. My daughter does really well here. All of the ladies and Matty are great. Whitney and Sheri always make sure to let me know if something goes on with my little one. She’ll attend afterschool care here when she moves onto elementary school, too
