This pet store has a fantastic concept with a great selection of products and services. Albeit, pricey - the store is well-organized and clean. The female staff is friendly and helpful to an extent, until the rather rude tone I received today when noticing I have “another” dog now. .

More importantly, my experience with the male groomer was disappointing. He seems to work up front sometimes too so i don’t what his actual position is with the business but he consistently has a bad attitude and comes across as rude—not just toward customers, but also toward the dogs. A groomer/dog store owner/worker should be patient and kind, but I’ve noticed him being rough and dismissive, which makes me question whether I’d trust him with my pet again. This is a shame.

If management addressed this issue, (unless he is the manager which is even worse) this place would easily be a five-star store. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this store for shopping (above retail), nor grooming services or the like.

I thought I would see how it would be to take my 100+ lb giant schnauzer for a bath. The gentleman there was great as he took is to the room, showed me how everything works and where the shampoo, conditioner and towels were. Popped in once to see if everything was OK and if I needed anything. Cost was more than reasonable. Can't say enough about this business, will highly recommend and be a regular customer

Absolutely the best !!! Such kind and helpful staff. The doggie bath station is amazing !!! The gals make you feel welcome and make your fur baby feel loved . Definitely will continue to shop local at this business!!!

Didn't make it past the front register. It looked like a nice store. My husband of 42 years and I were there for calming meds for our newest 4-year-old lab that we rescued 2 months ago. He has extremely high anxiety.

We've had other labs in the past and know the breed.

I'm positive the guy behind the register knows more about dogs than we do, but he doesn't know mine since he hadn't even met him.

I was lectured on my dog's behavior when I didn't ask for advice. I just wanted to purchase calming meds.

I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

This place is the best to wash your fur friend. It’s clean and the staff are very nice . I have never had a bad experience. Plus the treat selection is awesome as we get treats on the way out! Always !

They did not ask or care about my dogs name as he pulled her into the back room. It was a new environment for my dog, she was nervous. And the groomer could care less. They seem to care about getting the business instead of caring for the fur costumers.

A groomer you can trust is worth so much! Sam and Erica have taken care of our sweet girl , Izzy for nearly her entire life (and she’s 13 years old). We have never had an issue, and have been given great advice to boot! They are the BEST in town!

Stop I've never used their professional grooming services, but I love their self service. They basically just let you rent the room for $10 and they provide you with the wash station, professional drier, Dawn soap and tearless shampoo (or you can bring your own), ear cleaner and cotton balls. My house and dog are so much cleaner post bath when I can blow dry her completely without her fluff getting stuck to my ceiling. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable too.
