I truly can’t say enough about Grace Animal Hospital . Our Russell Terrier is currently sick and I have been at Grace everyday the past few days , and everyone from the receptionist to the vet techs , and Dr. Jay have been so kind and compassionate. Our dog was unfortunately sick all over the waiting room , and they were all so kind and helpful in that moment ( even lending me scrubs to change into as it was on me too ). We’ve moved a lot over the years and every state we move to we have to find a new vet… and I can honestly they are the best! Dr. Jay is so thorough and caring as we’ve talked about the next steps for our dog. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care for our two dogs at Grace. Thank you!

Such amazing facility and staff. The doctor took the time to listen and explain everything to me. My dog (family member) Means the world to me. I felt like the staff treated me and him as an extended family member. That’s such an amazing feeling that,I’m not just another patient. As soon as my Sphinxy boy (cat) got hurt, they did everything they could to keep him comfortable until his scheduled appointment, which was made within just a couple weeks, to have his front leg amputated. After his surgery, they called 3 times to keep me updated on how well he was doing, which showed me they actually get how much pets can really mean to people. All the staff I have came to meet have great upbeat and kind personalities. This vet really does go beyond my expectations on how wonderful it is. I want to thank everyone who was involved, what so ever, in Sphinx’s care and I am definitely keep them as my regular veterinarian office.

I can’t say enough good things about Grace. They’ve been taking care of my two dogs and two cats for a while now, and every experience has been exceptional. They always manage to get us in on short notice when something comes up, and they follow up after appointments just to check in and make sure everything is going well. It’s the little thoughtful gestures, like remembering your pet’s quirks or offering a kind word, that really show how much they care. The whole team is compassionate, professional, and clearly dedicated to what they do. I’m so grateful to have a vet I can trust this much.

We've just recently became new patients & all I can say is we should've done so sooner. My older dog lately has been having seizures when we go to the vet, we wanted to try Grace thinking maybe it'll be different at a new vet. It wasn't. He had a seizure upon arrival but the team here was quick to ensure he was getting the care he needed & even came up with a long term plan that we haven't had before. We brought my 2nd dog in to get another opinion on a bump on his face, we ended up scheduling a surgery, and even though the location was directly between his eyes, I don't think any better of a job could've been done. He's got his stitches removed now and you would never know he had a bump there. (The picture added is in the car after removal). We dealt with both Dr. Austins & Dr. Joe, happy with all 3! And a call out to the techs who were all great, and Autumn on the front desk who always seemed to remember my dog's name through this process & was so delightful to deal with. So thanks to everyone here!

Excellent place.. fast service.. and I have big dogs and they love all of the vets at this animal hospital .. they are very caring and do everything you ask plus some to jeep your best fur friend happy anf healthy.. i have nothing but amazing things to day about Grace Animal Hospital.. really are amazing people there..

We love Grace Animal Hospital! They have the nicest vets and staff we have ever encountered. They go out of their way to help you and are always very friendly and courteous. Our dogs (Rotties) love them as well. The office is always clean and well staffed. Most every time we call the office, the phone is answered promptly and by a friendly staff member who does everything they can to help you. We love the care we have received there. They are the BEST!! We highly recommend them to everyone we know!

All the staff was superb. They all treated us respectfully and professionally. Took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. And took the time to explain everything in a way that we could understand. Even though they were busy, they took the time to come outside and help me get my dog into my vehicle after a rough and painful day for him. Their compassion was superb. I haven’t received that type of care and compassion anywhere else but at Grace. They came with great recommendations and I can say Grace exceeded my expectations.

I have read good things about this vet in the reviews but I have made six phone calls over the last two months to get a new puppy there. Six no return phone calls. I tried it their way so I scheduled for an appointment on their web site two weeks ago. My appointment was for today between 8 am and noon and I still haven't heard back from them.
I'd give them less than a one star if I had that options. Very bad business practices! I have found a better vet!
