Complete joke of a "medical clinic". We are new to the area and read good reviews about Dr. Uppal at this clinic. My wife had a UTI she needed to be seen for. The receptionist sounded stressed out when we called in then told my wife she needed to come in to fill out a packet of paperwork and they would call her in a week or more to set up an appointment................FOR A UTI. We will never give this clinic our business after this. Zero compassion or understanding from the receptionist.

I've been a patient for many years. I love Dr. Uppal and her PAs, but this office is getting progressively worse. You can't get a hold of anyone via phone. Ever. The lines are always off. The Portal has stopped being functional and there's no way to contact anyone. I can no longer schedule an appt through the Portal, as the website doesn't load properly. Half the required selections aren't available, so it just gives error messages. I don't understand what is going on or how to contact anyone but I am seriously considering changing offices, which I don't want to do because I genuinely like Dr. Uppal so much!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Have had issues with this place since we started. Terrible customer service. Never available. They don't do sick visits. What kind of doctor's office doesn't do sick visits for their patients? I was told to go to urgent care. Don't waste your time and money.

I like this group, Doctors, PA's, MA's and lab. We don't have to wait days or weeks for appointment. They have their own lab. The doctors allow PA students to learn....next generation to learn.

I really liked the practice until I got reoccurring strep throat and they refused to see me in office because I had a sore throat. I was referred to urgent care. To me, this is a primary care issue, not urgent care. I know that a sore throat is a s/s of COVID, but that doesn't mean you stop providing care to your patients. Because of this, I'm switching to a new provider that will actually see and care for me.

So far, they are quite unimpressive. I went to their website, dated 2012, and the font is so small one would get the impression they cater to young people only. I tried touching several options and words on their webpage but nothing happened. Next, I called them and the first receptionist found it odd that I couldn't tell her what doctor I wanted. I am a new patient, seeking a new primary physician, and don't know the Dr's or their area of practice. She transferred me to another staff who asked me the same question, had the same sense of amazement that I didn't know what Dr I wanted to see. Please help me know what the Dr's specialist in so i can answer, and help you. I've never had to tell a new medical office what Dr. I wanted. I usually state what I'm after and they suggest. Not here! She told me to go back to their website, read about the Dr's and call her back once I've picked one. She stated she cannot tell me which Dr to use so I asked her to suggest one based upon my reason for calling. She couldn't suggest one either.

I went to the webpage again, as she directed, tried getting the Provider's tab to do something but it would not give any information. No drop down menu. No taking you to another webpage. Nothing! It was probably amazed that I couldn't tall it what I wanted either. I called back only to get their message at 3:57 pm stating "Our office is closed". It did not provide a means to leave a message. It "suggested" to call back tomorrow. At least I could get a "suggestion" from the non-human element at this office.

If this is an indication of their medical care, business management practices, and staff helpfulness, I guess I need to keep looking. Possibly I expect too much being an effective business executive in this exceptionally fast paced world where inefficiency isn't successful.

Dr Majail has been my personal physician for over ten years now. I have had some of the health issues that come with aging and he has been great helping me with them! He has a large practice and employs several PAs who efficiently do his pre-screening! This is a convenient way to get in for a visit! If the PA can handle the issue he/she will do so but if Dr Majail is required he is immediately available! PA Josh has seen me on numerous occasions and is very competent! I trust him completely to know when to immediately consult Dr Majail!

Terrible customer service. if your new customer good luck. They act like they are too busy to bother with you. I Sent the paperwork 3 different times they say they never got it I resent it asking for them to verify that they received it They don’t even bother calling.
